What Owners are Saying About the 2026 Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV
"Not a good car"
"This is the 8th MB product I have owned and this one is not the quality I expected. I am sitting at home right now waiting for the dealership to come get the car for the 5th repair. The heat does not work after they tried to fix it. There have been numerous warning lights, like automatic driving assistance and also breaking being shut down. Two weeks ago I had a warning light say simply, do not turn off car and take it to the dealership. Each time I take it to the dealer for repair. It takes at least a week or two to get it back. I can't in good conscience recommend anyone buying this car."
"Service Dept Regular"
"This vehicle has starting issues. It's been in the service dept now for the past 44 consecutive days and for the 3rd time in 6 months for the same problem. MBZ cannot seem to identify and resolve the issue(s)."
"Great Vehicle, Poor Software"
"The looks and performance of this vehicle is amazing. Everyone that gets in is wowed by its beauty, comfort, and performance. The only thing I don’t like about this car is the software. Constantly has issues not allowing the over the air updates Mercedes puts out. All of the updates have been insignificant really. As I see other vehicles in this piece range I see how many creature comforts it’s missing, but that’s classic Mercedes forcing you to buy packages."
