Adaptive headlights use camera-guided LEDs that variably activate pixels to illuminate the path ahead without blinding other road users, such as other drivers, bicyclists, and pedestrians, rather than simple low/high-beam lamps. Some adaptive headlights use laser technology to create these brighter, more focused light patterns.
