Positive Review

"Great Car Great Value"

I can not stop driving it. It is a solid car, is powerful, and fantastic driving dynamic. It comes with everything except air suspensions.

VS

Critical Review

"Needs some work"

The VinFast VF8 is a great local commuter. It provides safety and comfort levels of a mid level SUV. But there are some issues that need to be dealt with: the blinkers are cheap and stay on, the doors, trunk, and frunk are hard to close, and there needs to be an off switch to save the battery levels. The range is spotty. The estimated range is 360 miles but in colder weather it is more like 250. It also doesn’t take a charge as quickly as other cars on a DC fast charger. There are several sensors that are always messed up and you have to get out of the car and let it sit for ten minutes in the off position to reset them. Currently the child detection is not working and there is no reason why that’s happening. The cameras could be upgraded and the OS is a little clunky.

Great car for the value
Pros

Great value

Cons

Limited inventory

For a electric vehicle with the lease prices out there this is a fantastic option for value and color options. The price is is worth the car.
