Positive Review
Hi I have owned this camry since 151000 miles it has 191000 now on it, I have to say after owning 83 vehicles my next three were all toyotas. I started with this 95 camry xle 3.0 , I searched so long and when I found this particular Camry it had been a little abused , the radiator had a crack in it and the atf got into the coolant. I work at a toyota dealership so I repaired it there, transmission flush. New radiator. This car runs soo smooth. I ended up putting new spark plugs in it and cause I had no idea when the timing belt had been replaced I did that as well along with the water pump and crank seal took 5 minutes for that. Luton new V groove belts and thermostat. I've driven this car up and down to kenai and anchorage so many times,,,,,,,last yr I put new front brake pads and rotors and same with rear ,,,,,,,,,, I do have a little leak coming from inner axle oil seal driver side but it's normal wear and tear........ Besides all the regular maintenance I have had numerous people ask me when am I gonna sell the car , I reply never lol..........I know a lot about toyota's and I'll tell u that there so reliable , I have also a 94 2.4l pickup, 04 sequioa , and I bought my mother a 07 Corolla .....my sister has a 2012 highlander and her husband a 2011 tundra 5.7l crew max...... My uncles ask what vehicle to get I say Lexus if u. Can if not then get the toyota's .........
Critical Review
Never gonna let you down. Well, unless you want a car that has working amenities after 100k. Bought this car used in basically perfect condition at 90k except for some peeling tint and a faulty back window motor. It was my first car (older than me) so being 16 and all I wrecked it about 6 months in. Car kept chugging along though. About a month after this incident, everything on the car started to break. First, was the worse thing--the air conditioning. I live in Phoenix, so driving in my car in the summer was horrible. Then, the other back window motor broke. Neither window would stay up so eventually had a friend remove the door panels and just put boards in so they wouldn't keep falling down. Overhead cabin light had to be smacked to turn on (which was kind of funny actually so I never minded it). The window tint actually ended up melting to the back windshield so it was like trying to look through murky water when backing up. Front turn signals went out, inside AND outside driver side door handles broke, and headlight went out TWICE in the short 3 years I owned it. But the thing still chugged along. Finally getting something new because I can't take the heat anymore ($500 to fix A/C on a car that's worth about $2.57) but honestly, despite all the broken things, the engine would probably run past 300k. Only mechanical issue I ever had was a little brake line leak, which was an easy fix. So if you don't care about everything else breaking and want an engine that'll take you to the moon and back, this car will do it. Handles great, love the V6 power (I won't miss the poor MPG though), and even though it is now the ugliest car in existence due to my 16 year old driving habits, it really isn't all that terrible. 5/5 would wreck again. Oh, and the cup holders were the worst, most after-thought placed cup holders in existence. You can't put the car in park unless you collapse the cup holders, which don't even hold anything anyhow.

This thing is invisible it seems. Runs great with high miles. Been on two road trips right off the lot and no issues at all. Guess it’s true what they say, “this car is meant to out last the driver”
The 95 Toyota Camry LE wagon is one of the best cars I've ever owned. Not only does this car handle the road and take corners well the suspension is top-notch it is truly made with comfort in mind it's so spacious it's so easy to keep clean everything inside was done with such attention to detail the quality is above the rest. I wish they made cars like this today. I would absolutely buy a new one!
Reliable engine, durable, easy to repair and drive
Cosmetics, Plastic Quality
This was my very first car that was gifted to me in high school, and 5 years later, I still own it. It runs AMAZING! Yes, she's 30 years old, but this car just won't die! I have popped curbs and run through potholes, but she still drives as if nothing happened! Besides some maintenance things like oil changes, spark plugs, coolant flush, etc., this car is as easy and basic as it gets. Gas mileage is so-so, but for what it is, it does well for me. Plus, parts are super affordable - who doesn't like that??? My only complaints are the cosmetics. The cupholders were obviously not engineered well, but that's okay with me. I also have noticed some plastic parts deteriorate over the years but a junkyard search will give you some replacements.
Comfortable, Reliable, Good Gas Mileage
I have almost no headroom.
The seats are comfortable. It is a reliable car that drives smooth. It has plenty of torque to get off the line with adequate passing power at higher speeds. Unlike many newer cars I have driven, there is no delay from when I press the pedal and when the car moves. It also has fewer gears, so it doesn't have all those annoying shifts in more modern transmissions. This car routinely gets 31 - 34 mpg in normal driving (I am a very conservative driver), and can get over 40 mpg on the highway at "moderate speeds" (~55 mph) with no AC (current record is 46.86 mpg). It shakes at idle right now, which I plan to replace the engine mounts, and the brakes are a bit soft. Parts are cheap for the most part (unless you go OEM) and it is easy to work on. The cassette deck is pretty good, although I sometimes have to play around with it before it works properly. The stereo system is about boombox quality. The cupholders will only fit disposable plastic bottles and 12 oz. soda cans. There is plenty of trunk space. I do wish that there was a little more head room, as being 6'3", my hair touches the ceiling in the morning. I can't even sit in the rear seats without slouching. The interior has held up well, as the headliner is still intact while my Dad's 2012 Honda Accord already has sagging head liner.
Low mileage, dependable, and comfortable ride. ;;Well maintained since acquired eighteen years ago.

I currently own a 1994 Toyota Camry LE coupe. I bought it in Costa Mesa / Orange County area a couple of years ago and had it shipped to New Jersey. Had about 190k when I bought and you wouldn’t know it by the way it drives.Nice and smooth. No Rust,of course.Do not drive it in snow. Been using it as daily driver when snow is cleared from streets. A/ and heater work great. Has sun roof, power windows, power antenna, and a spoiler.Leather interior. Very nice car.
