Positive Review

"(BEST VALUE VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY)"

I, bought mine in 2017. And I must say, iam happy!! Excellent vehicle, awesome book value. And resale value in the long run is very important. This car holds all the 5 Stars. So, as of my thoughts? I, must say, this vehicle has been terrific, reliable, comfortable , and style is good. Performance wise, this car is fast enough. If you want to go faster, add a turbo kit. These are awesome cars!!

Critical Review

"Not as fun as I thought"

My car has been in the service department to many times for the same reason. Cricket sounds, engine hesitations. The seats are not comfortable on long road trips. This car just didn't feel right after awhile. Toyota and Subaru has this car mixed up with parts. It didn't make since. So, I decided to go ahead and trade it in.

Fun on a daily basis
Pros

Fun, reliable, high value

Cons

Torque drop around 3500

No need for high speeds to enjoy this baby. Standard six-speed is a gas, except for the back seats. Flip them down for your golf clubs and cart and you’re good to go. Seven years of virtually problem free driving, and while it won’t beat our six-cylinder Outback or my F-150 tiny turbo off the line, it is easily the most fun you can have for $30k and some change.

Such a fun little car

Definitely a blast on the track and decent on the highway in my TRD 86. I've got so much more driving to do in this I might change my mind later, but so far I have zero complaints and really enjoy the authentic/old-school style of the interior with its physical buttons and minimal functions tied to a distracting touch screen. The vehicle itself sounds decent for a 4cl twin exhaust, and surprisingly I'm not feeling the urge to turbo or supercharge it as I feel it could ruin the balance behind the nature of the car. We'll see what the future holds!

I like mine, good price, reliable, good looking
Pros

Overall I like it.

Cons

weak engine, small backseats but they're fine

Like some people say, most of the things noticeable are the handling which is great, and the engine which is weak by design, and the backseat which is not large (I fit most everyone in tho). Also can put the back seat down for more trunk space. Only other thing I would say is some dudes have great review series online by a guy that owned one of these from years past for many years and made a lot of vids.

Cheap car
Pros

No positive feedback

Cons

No turbo, overpriced vehicle's

Body style is sharp looking, but no power from this small engine. It's just basically for looks, and basically gas mileage. This car is not that fun to drive. To small, no turbo, cheap quality. Wheels are 17 inch and they look small. Back seat is useless.
