My wife has a 2006 xB and it is such a great car I decided to replace my 2009 RAV4 with a new 2015 xB. This car has more room and cargo capacity than the RAV4 did and it drives and rides better and is quieter that then RAV4. Scion has improved this car every year since its introduction in 2008. It is now so quiet and smooth that it feels and sounds like a very expensive car. The sound system is great, better that my RAV4 which had the optional JBL sound. Gas mileage to date with only 1,000 miles on it has been better than advertised with 23 MPG city and 30 Highway. My wife and I are both over 65 and find the higher seating position makes entry and exit very easy. This car is a great dollar value and giving more for your money than many more expensive vehicles.

I got the 2008 Scion xB used, so when I had it it already came with 24K, and in the year and a half I owned it, it had 49K. At first I loved this car, it was very roomy, it had a uqine style which I loved, and the dash was different then most cars I have seen. Plus there was so much room! Yet, as I drove on, I started having electrical problems, and then after that engine problems. With 49K in the car and it had been in the shop at least five times, it was time to say goodbye. I really liked my xB and I am sad it's gone.

Comfortable, Reliable, Efficient
Boxy but versatile
The 2015 Scion XB is very comfortable and super reliable. Mine is a 5 speed manual transmission and I constantly get 28 to 31 mpg regardless of driving conditions. I have a tow hitch on it and pull a enclosed trailer with my Harley Trike to the mountains of Ga every year without a problem. Plenty of power, super comfortable and reliable. Love the 2015 Scion XB. And it's Made in Japan. High quality fit and finish. It will go 300,000 miles easily the way I maintain my vehicles.
Runs solid, great on gas, low costs

I've owned this car 6 years and put a ton of miles on it. It is still going strong! Other than basic maintenance (oil changes, tires, brakes, battery etc.) I have not had any issues with this car. Honestly one of the best vehicles I've owned and have had several brand new cars. 255,000 and drives and runs like new. Highly impressed with this car and the interior room it offers even though it looks extremely small form the exterior. Gas mileage is incredible and usually get 300 miles out of a full 11 gallon tank. Highly recommend this car to anyone who is looking for dependability, great gas mileage and low to no cost repairs.

I purchased my 2011 Xbox with 70K miles. I have now had it for 8 years and it has 210K miles. There have been no major issues, and the gas mileage is better now, at about 25mpg on average. People are amazed at how much cargo space it has. Sure, it doesn't ride as smooth or quiet as my old Buick Rendezvous, but that is not how it was designed. Get a kick out of the Cons - limited to on-road use due to the low clearance. Well, duh. Why do these guys make such silly statements? That's like reviews for a 17" gaming laptop saying it is not as light and small as a tablet. I just purchased a used Ford Edge and hope it holds up as well as my box.
Driving back and forth to the coast with four people this car performs great. Even over Mt. Hood plenty of power with full occupancy. 15 mpg in city 25 on the highway. It's so unfortunate that they quit making the XB in 2015. Great Car!!
They last and last forever! Very strong and well built Japanese car. Pretty fast for 158 Horse power and 1.5 tons.
Lots more room than you would think
This has been a wonderful car for my daughter! Had zero problems, only replaced tires and batteries, plus a rock damaged windshield. No longer need it, as she passed away in June, 2023.
Can’t believe having this car over 190k runs excellent I used to drive often used to towed some suv from San Francisco to pacifica is nothing even not to change oil because have the problem I just adding oil every 500 miles but I want to say these car have good quality base on my observation and experience having it.
