Positive Review
I've owned trucks, coupes, sedans, crossovers, you name it, I've probably owned it. Yet, none of those cars can even come close to the Sky! This car is fast, handles great up the mountains and in tight spots. Easy to park despite it being long in the front. Shifts great, and has a ton of pep when you're reaching those RPMs to shift. My fiance is 5'10 and her and her 6'4 best friend have no trouble fitting in this car with the top up or down. I've put 7k miles on this car in less than 6 months-no issues. I break necks driving by in this vehicle! At least once a day I get asked "What kind of car is that?!" or "Wow, that must have cost a fortune!" Little do they know, I got my dream car for less than 10k. If you're looking for a reliable, eye catching sports car on a soccer van budget, than this is the car!
Critical Review
Since week one of owning my Saturn Sky I have had problems with the vehicle. I have opened and closed a case with the Better Buisness Bureau twice already.

Style
Bumpy ride. Remember it’s a sport car.
My Sky drives similar to my first car. 1964 1:2 Mustang. Doesn’t have as much horsepower but it handles very much like the Mustang. Rear wheel drive and 1/1 steering makes turning and nimble handling fun. I love this car. My wife bought it for me when I was in Iraq and when I finally got it drive it, I wasn’t sure she would hand over the key🤩
Performance
Lousy, convertible top
I have owned this car for over 8 years. I have owned two cars I have regretted sell . A 1955 Chevy 2 door post 265 v8,and a 2964 Pontiac GTO. Everything else was just transportation. Until I purchased this 2007 Saturn Sky Redline. I proceeded to have the GMPP performance update and added the K&N performance air filter. I absolutely love this car . And will never sell it . It will be passed down to my son. I really do not know what would even come close to replacing it with.
So much fun to drive you will loose yourself
Corners like it is on rails. has a powerful 2nd and 3rd gear and cuts in and out of traffic like a hot knife through butter.
Good price point
Some of the parts are getting harder to find
If your looking for a 2 seat roadster with some zip. The Saturn Sky is what I would classify as a bargain. I own a 2007 Saturn sky redine. I love the zip from the turbo. Very stylish also!
Enough trunk space for me behind seats
No complaints!
Mine Is White/Tan top. I never saw another one either with that color combination! I give 5 stars ⭐️ for comfort because I’m very petite and there is plenty of leg room. A 2007 ! Only 45,000 miles on it runs great l have all of the extras People always ask me “what kind of car is that?! It’s gorgeous”! “Thank you” I reply!
A blast to drive. Beautiful Simple and Reliable
I was looking for a Corvette C6 when I came across this car. They are relatively rare enough that I had completely forgotten about them. So I decided to put off the Corvette for now and buy one. I purchased a 22k mile 5 speed Redline for less the 20k about 5 months ago. Styling is just beautiful. Car is a blast to drive (once I switched out the 16 year old original tires for Continentals top all Season). Great replacement for my old Austin Healy, Jaguar XK150S and the few other light sports cars I have owned, except of course this has great a/c, heat etc. The interior is roomy as it was built in America for Americans. Down sides: I would have preferred a full set of gauges and everyone complains about the trunk. So leave your tuxedo and gown and home and enjoy dressing casual.
Excellent gas mileage off the boost.
Small storage with top down over night bags for 2
My Sky RealNetworks got 32 mpg from WA to CT driving max + speed limit with at least one 0 to 60 acceleration less 5.5 sec per day. The car is incredibly comfortable and fun to drive, especially on twisty windy roads. The 2 liter 4 cylinder engine has direct in cylinder fuel injection which adds HP and fuel economy. HP and Torq is 170 to 224 from 2500 to 6250 RPM measured at rear wheels or 265 using the oxymoron no load calculations - not bad for a 2600 lb car. I am told by a reliable source that the car rides smooth as glass at over 130 mph.
great on the road
luggage space. Nine
