What Owners are Saying About the 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager

"Best vehicle I ever purchased."

"I bought this vehicle new in 1997. Had it serviced regularly per Chrysler recommendation. It performed great for 14 years, 379,000 miles. Amazing!!! Transmission started to give out at 378,000. Replaced it with another Chrysler minivan."

"Most reliable van I've ever owned"

"I bought my 1999 Grand Voyager Expresso model in 2000. It had 20000 miles on it. It had been a rental. It now has 200000 miles. This is the most comfortable, smoothest running van I have ever had. I traded in a 1995 Dodge van that we had run into the ground. Other than changing the oil every 3000 miles, and changing the belts about every 60000 miles, we have had zero problems with it. We did change the spark plugs at about 100000 miles. I don't know how long it's going to last, but we have definitely gotten our money's worth. The driver's seat is absolutely the most comfortable that I have ever used. The 3.8 liter engine is outstanding. We have to run the AC a lot of the time because of where we live, but it doesn't bother the engine one bit. It you happen to get one of these without problems, hang on to it. It will be one of you best investments ever."

"98 voyager"

"Bought our 98 with 50000 miles and it was great for the first few years. Don't get one that only has the 3.0 it is not enough power for the extended se vans, transmission out at 100,000 replaced valve cover pan gaskets because of oil leaks, but they only seem to last a few years and then need replaced again. I'm just keeping it for short trips under 3 hours and to drive to work. Have to keep it for a few years just to pay for the 1650.00 transmission."
