Positive Review
This car is someone's dream car. It was purchased new in 1996 and had only three family-member drivers since. It is not only a stunning-looking car, but it's performance will make you say "Yes!" Personally, my husband and I will be so sad to see it leave us because we will never own another car like that again. But it has to leave us because we no longer have a need to own two cars.
Critical Review
I don't know if I had a lemon or what but I have owned this car for over 2 years now and it has been nothing but PROBLEMS! I have even had to replace the engine and I have 2 friends who have the same vehicle and are in the same boat as I am. I believe this car is a consumers worst nightmare! Nothing but problems since the day it was purchased!!

1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Sedan. The exterior is white and is in flawless condition. The interior is gray. Only 100,000 miles on the car. The car runs great. A lot of space inside and in the trunk. This car has been mainly used for short trips and is well maintained.
Great to drive. Dual Exhausts. 350 engine
No Horn, Needs a contact.
Bought used at about 4000 miles. Still low miles for this age car. No horn as I can't find a contact for the steering wheel. This a convertible. Original top still tight but not in a drive through wash.
Very fun to drive the sound of the motor is eye ca
The motor yes can be noisy in the mornings.
Car is reliable transmission is good tags are up to date till Aug 2022 motor sounds great very powerful
Gas mileage, smooth quiet engine
No cup holders
I found myself owning the Cutlass after a family member hung up her keys at age 93. Charged the A/C, fixed a motor mount and it now runs and sounds like a new car. The only two negatives are the lack of real cup holders and the fact that the battery is underneath the window washer reservoir which makes jump starts or charging a bit of a pain. Gets 24 mpg in mixed driving and 31 on the highway. It is a shame that Oldsmobile did not make it, but my teenage daughter loves the idea of driving an orphan and I remind her that it will be the only Oldsmobile in the parking lot at school. Unique is good.
Fun to drive, looks cool, pretty reliable roomy
Bad wiring, a little rough, emission and oil leaks
I bought this car used for $1,200 and it had only 98,000 miles on it. I mean it is a decent and reliable car I must admit. Especially if you’re driving short distances. It even drives good cruising on the highway. I drove it from Florida to California. I’ve driven from Los Angeles to San Francisco. But ya know at around 100,000 miles, it starts needing replacement parts. I’ve replaced the alternator, water pump, starter, spark plugs, muffler, tires, and among other smaller things. I mean I’ve probably spent over $800 on repairs. But those repairs are usually spread out. It runs good for like 4 or 5 months then another problem comes up. It’s a decent car, honestly lasted me the longest so far. One of the last reliable Oldsmobile’s though. Decent car. Oh yeah. Hard to use computer reader though. Because this was between OBD I. and OBD II. But good car, electric seats, electric windows.
Roomy and great road manners
No AUX port, lol
I really enjoy this car. Timeless classic of an era where style crossed over from boxy family cars to sleeker lines.
Good power, pretty reliable, fun to drive, stylish
windows, minor problems, locks
I bought a 94 Oldsmobile Cutlass Cruiser for 1200. I got it for a great deal from a friend of mine. Its had a few minor problems. Replaced the water pump and the starter. I need to replace the muffler as well. And change the Oil leak detector. Also I needed to fix the drivers door handle inside and out. And the windows on the drivers side need to be fixed. But other than these slightly minor problems, the car is reliable, ok to decent on gas. Very roomy, stylish. Has all the upgrades of the time. Power seating, power windows, mirrors, cigarette lighter, radio, a/c, heat. A very cool station wagon! Not your average soccer moms station wagon. This is definitely a guys station wagon.
Style, Color, Features, Structure-Body
Nothing
I love my Chevy Cutlass Convertible Coupe. The style and color is why I purchased the car. It is very comfortable. This car is fully loaded. Head of the class for the year of 1993. I am the third owner. Keeping up with routine maintenance is the key to kept this car running smoothly. Also will avoid large cost of repairs down the road. I routinely change the oil & oil filter, air filter, coolant hoses, brakes, battery, wiper blades, tires, drive belt, and had transmission services. Never did transmission flush. Just replaced the original alternator on 02/11/17. To protect my car from damage caused by snow and salt, I parked in the garage. If you buy this car from someone who kept up on the routine maintenance this car will last for a long time.
