Positive Review
I have the Pearl White SL model. This is my 4th Nissan. I’ve owned an Altima, a Cube, and a full size Rogue. This one feels more refined and fun to drive than any of the others, but it may be because it’s a 2020. I would first like to add, that I am not sure why so many reviewers say it’s not “fast” or that it’s not good passing and such. They must not be pressing the gas down all the way, or using the sport mode because for me, this thing is quite peppy. It has no problem taking off from red lights, merging onto highways, OR passing at higher speeds. Does it all just fine. If you don’t think so, maybe you need a sports CAR not a Sport Utility Vehicle or crossover. Also, with Pro Pilot Assist, it practically drives itself on the highway. The quiet cabin is nice, as I do not like road and wind noise. The technology and interior design feels refined and NEW. My only complaint, and I wouldn’t even call it that, is that it’s a bit stiff, however I can understand that, being a shorter wheelbase and having 19” rims on it, so again, not really a complaint, just the thing I like the least. Plus you only feel the stiffness on roads that are not well maintained. With regards to it not having the auto rear hatch option — who cares? Open the hatch yourself. If you can press a button, you can lift the hatch, let’s not be THAT lazy, jeez. I feel like people are just having to fish for things they don’t like with this vehicle, honestly. It’s a great value, with great gas mileage, and a great design. Two thumbs up from me. I’ll be keeping this one a while!
Critical Review
This car has been highly satisfactory since our purchase 2 1/3 years ago. A week ago the engine warmup time went from 2 minutes to 12 minutes, and I took it to the dealer for warranty evaluation. Their conclusion was that there was no performance problem, and this was supported by Nissan's national customer service based on the dealer's report. My confidence in the car, the dealer, and Nissan has been damaged to the point that I will most certainly not buy a Nissan vehicle again. As an engineer, I consider a sudden, unexplained drop in performance a serious matter. I have gone from being a highly satisfied owner to a highly dissatisfied owner in a couple of weeks.

Durable, Low mileage
Manuel Front Seat
Purchased 2 years ago! Best car ever... Rides smooth, great gas mileage, roomy interior. Other 'bells & whistles' are great sound system, back up camera, low mileage.
Financed one of these for very overpriced on a false market. Ended up with a lemon due to the transmission and now dealership can either take the car back or I’m getting a lawyer and starting a lawsuit. First off, when you buy a car from a dealership they are by law to tell you if the car has been in an accident or if there are any known issues with the car. Well here we are only owning this for 14 months and I’m done. The car was In a previous accident and the car Had issues, and now it’s just been issue after issue and still obligated to make my 500.00 monthly payments not including the insurance which for some reason runs 300.00 for a Nissan because my driving record is perfect- literally not a ticket one. The car sucks for the price, the speed is garbage and on top of that Nissan puts these out as a “good model” when it’s the complete opposite. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money on these pieces of trash, go with a BMW or something actually worth your money because Nissan is definitely NOT it.
Limited use car...low miles...elderly driver...good condition...garaged...low winter.driving....out west...so no salt
To many to list
There are none if you take care of it
It's not a Hotrod nor a rock crawler but has elegance and style. We own the 2019 Sport SL and it is perfect. If you understand that it's not for Jack rabbit starts, light to light racing or passing everything on the road, you'll love it. Maintenance is key with these vehicles and the majority of complaints come from I dividuals too cheap to keep up with the maintenance.

SV trim sound system, screen in bright sunlight
I needed an all wheel drive vehicle for snowy trips, and wanted all the bells and whistles. I didn’t like the low-profile tires on the highest trim level (SL) so I went with this SV 2020 leftover purchased in 4/2021. Have the technology package and the weather package. OMG I love the remote start, the heated seats and steering wheel, the split-temperature controls. But the biggest factor was the PRO-pilot assist, which is AWESOME in traffic AND on the highway! I test-drove many small SUVs before realizing that Nissan had the BEST AUTOMATIC CRUISE CONTROL and that it is so easy to use… a GREAT safety AND comfort feature. This car has a split-screen feature when backing up that shows both the rear camera and an amazing 360 degree view - as if I am looking down on the top of the car -and I can see all the way around what surrounds it - that amazes every passenger I’ve ever had. The only downside is the screen can be a bit less bright than I would like when in the sun, but it’s fantastic to see all the way around the car! I also love the split rear seats that fold down and leave me a large area for hauling my instruments and equipment for work or for play. I am so disappointed Nissan decided not only to discontinue this model (they had SO MANY little SUVs and hatchbacks in 2021) but to not offer it as a hybrid, but they are going only either electric or gas… very foolish, in my opinion. I was hoping to buy a hybrid version of this car in a few years, when I am ready to trade her in. I LOVE THIS CAR! (I named her Sporty McSportFace) PS don’t worry about those reviews that say her acceleration is lackluster… it’s not a problem, on highway nor from a standstill, it is perfectly adequate and safe to pass people. It may not be quite as peppy as my 2007 Toyota Camry was, but it is perfectly fine, and much more economical as far as gas goes, especially in economy mode, which I have to put on each time I start, what?! The advanced technology that Nissan offered at this price point is just insane! Sound system is a bit lower quality than I was used to, but overall this is my favorite car I have ever owned.
N/A
In my personal vehicle which this vehicle is (mentioned above) I took extremely excellent care of it. Mileage is low as I only drove it when had to. Not driven for work. Occasionally would drive on weekends. Detailed this vehicle 1per month by professional company. This vehicle is in excellent condition actually better than when we purchased the vehicle to be sure.
Quiet, smooth ride compared to competition
Underpowered with CVT Transmission
Driven like a modern car should be, 100 % maintenance, no parking lot rash, garage kept, no smoking or eating in the car, tinted glass and 7,200 miles mostly between Boston and Nashua.
Bluetooth capable
No navigation on screen
The only reason that I didn't give it a 5 star review is 3 reasons. First off it isn't a push start. Secondly you can't start it from inside your home and let it warm up before you get in. The final reason is it doesn't have built in navigation! Otherwise it's all together and amazing car! You can Bluetooth to the car and make hands free calls and accept them! You always know if a tire pressure is off and it has eco boost. What more could you ask for really! I'm completely in love with my new purchase!
