2023 Mercedes-Benz Mercedes-Amg GLB Consumer Reviews

I have had this car now for about 1 year. It was a lease return and it had 12k miles when I bought it. It was a bit smaller than what I was looking for but I went ahead and bought it anyway because it was a Certified PreOwned vehicle. Well I do have to say that so far it has been great. In the winter it handles very well in the snow. I was surprised. It is a 4matic so I think that helps. The gas mileage has been about 38-39 mpg....I love that. I can run for about a week and a half before I have to fill up. The touchscreen is a bit to encounter at first. I went back to the MBZ dealer about 2 weeks after I bought it and had a sales person show me how everything works. The Mercedes ME Connect app is awesome. I can see excactly where the car is,,how much gas it has,,,,when the next service is due....lock or unlock the car remotely....remote start the car if I want.....I love all of that. Mercedes did have problem with the engine head....a poor design....the check engine light kept coming on and I took it in and they said the head had to be replaced. It was covered under warranty and after the work was done Mercedes now has a warranty on that work til 2035 or 150k miles. It is running beautifully. If you are looking for a mid-to compact size SUV....you should consider the GLB. I miss my Explorer for the room...but this one is not that bad.

Something is always going wrong. It needed a complete new engine at 40,000 miles. I will never buy another Mercedes again. Not worth it!!

I have driven a Mercedes Benz for years, I bought this car based on reviews. For a luxury car, it’s a stripped model. I don’t love it

This is the MOST difficult car to drive. I drove rented and owned many cars. If it is a "feature" on this car it is either different from all other cars or an invention by some kid that thinks you need it. I would like a button that puts the car in "Camry" mode. Otherwise, not bad. But I wouldn't recommend it. For that matter, I would like to dump it.

Great balance of luxury and practicality! Rubs circles around my previous BMW X1. Lot if fun to drive as well.

I bought the GLB 250 4MATIC for my wife for our 30th Anniversary on November 11, 2022 and she lovesit! I must admit this is just an excellent luxury vehicle at this price point. Great looking inside and out. Rides smoothly, handles great, surprisingly powerful engine. Superior interior and latest infotainment technology. We are very impressed!

Took my car to the shop twice for chewed up wires because rats mistaken them for food due to the material of the wires are soy based products.
