Positive Review

"Don't party like it's 2018! Get a 2019"

I drove the 2018 G550 and liked the car - even with all its faults - including the biggest fault. Don't go on the highway and don't turn too fast on slow curves. Now I own the 2019, and it's a new world! Drive where you like, when you like - HOWEVER you like. Not sure how MB got rid of the wandering, loose steering and lean - but they did. They didn't stop there, they added tech too! Don't like how the rear seats folds (leaving a big bump/ledge), or where the power window buttons are - but it's all good. At least I can take it anywhere, anytime.

The Best Engineered SUV Ever!
Pros

Looks, Power, Presence

Cons

Some interior quality deficiencies, Price

An experience like no other driving this vehicle. The engineering is second to none and exceptional response. I feel grateful to be able to experience such a vehicle. Having said that, there are a few cosmetic issues that could be better made. For instance, the LED entry seal plate is coming unglued on both rear entry seal plates, and driver/passenger visor mirrors covers cheaply made. When you pay almost 200k for a vehicle you expect all aspects of a vehicle to be exceptional. Other than that it would not detour me from buying this car again.

Worth every penny!

I've had every type of luxury car you can imagine. I've loved them all, but this is my favorite! It is incredibly solid feeling when you drive, comfortable, great road visibility, and "built to feel like it will last forever".

Hard to park in some city garages due to height

Every thing in this vehicle is made to perfection! Still discovering new features even though I own the vehicle for last 6 months. Drives , sounds and feels great! Highly recommend if you can find a G63!!!

outstanding vehicle
Pros

interior is perfection, classic design continues

Cons

none

new features and design far exceed expectations. I have owned three g class Mercedes vehicles and my 2019 is without question a much better vehicle. powerful, beautiful interior and meaningful exterior changes. Mercedes did an outstanding job with the new design and as an owner, I could not be more pleased.
