Positive Review
Normal maintenance and parts for a vehicle this age. No transmission issues, drivetrain issues. Runs strong. If you take care of it I think it will easily last 250,000 miles and it is very comfortable.
Critical Review
I purchased this vehicle in 2007 and immediately fell in love with it. It was comfortable, took the road like a King. After 1 year, I had 2 ignition coils go out on me which, coicidentally, left me stranded infront of a Lincoln dealership. Come to find out that this is a common problem with Lincolns and Fords. Then, while I was on vacation the same year, my A/C compressor went out for the 1st time. That was 1600.00 to fix. 3 years later it broke again, along with another ignition coil. Then to put icing on the cake, The air shock system just died. All 4 shocks where on the ground, literally. I removed the air shocks and put on the conversion kit. It still had a nice ride but not like the air shocks. This vehicle is definitely high maintainence and was breaking my pockets. I would love to have another one only if they fix those issues with the ignition coils and air shocks going out.

I had been shopping for a car for over a month. I found some women cars, but would not have found exactly what I needed within my budget without this site.
Great vehicle
Putting premium gas in at this day and age
I've had this car almost 21 years since then. It's been well kept only had to do basic wear and tear repairs I think the most I had to do to this was a new blower motor and rear wheel bearings. Other than that this has had been a wonderful Lincoln it has been very well kept garage part his whole life. Granted it only has $125,000 mi on it I will own this car until the day I meet our great Almighty
Can't beat this truck never gives me any problems I have 178,000 miles on it only had it for little over a year

It has excellent interior. It runs excellent and it has alot of space and seats alot of passengers 3 rows of seats.
Spacious confortable beautiful strong grand quality best auto than ever drive Best condición vey good
Comfort , Value for dollar
If your not a mechanic it's expensive to service
THE SUSPENCION WAS POOR AS I NEEDED TO CHANGE THAT REMOVING THE AIR SUSPENSION. the electric running boards had to be removed as they would come out and Bash the shins of someone just standing at the door . The electric rear hatch was not reliable and needed to be disconnected to access the back. Other than that stuff it was a nice reliable car for many years that was a great TOW vehicle.
Reliability, seats, ride, responsiveness
width of vehicle, some plastic bits break
We purchased our 2006 Navigator as a three year old lease return with about 20k miles on it. The initial depreciation made the purchase price reasonable and the car still had a factory warranty. Despite buying the extended warranty the only thing that failed was the CD changer, since thats part of the nav system that probably paid for the warranty. Beyond that its been the most reliable vehicle (American, Japanese, European) that Ive ever owned. Also, amaziningly easy on its tire, the factory tires lasted 80k. The truck as good power and rides extremely well on the freeway. Great tow vehicle and long distance vacation car. Turning radius is great but still its a large vehcile so less agile around town. Interior is high quality and seats are as comfortable today as they were a decade ago. As I said reliability is a strong point other than the fact it does draw power when sitting (like most new cars) so if you leave it parked too long and/or the battery is low, it can run it down (happened when I parked it for 2 months). Only downside is while interior is nice, there are some cheesy plastic bits that tend to break, like the lower seat cladding, bolt covers, etc. Door panels are nicely upolstered and padded. Real wood on the dash looks good but silver parts tend to wear.
