Positive Review
This is absolutely the most comfortable vehicle I have ever owned! For it's size it gets decent gas mileage but has to have premium :(. The only downsides are the ipod hook ups and charger plug ins are located in an awkward place and for short drivers it would be great if the pedals moved. I love the heated and cooled seats, the power liftgate, keyless entry and ignition and the way the doors cover the bottom of the car so I don't get my pants dirty when exiting or entering the car.
Critical Review
I bought this 2014 based upon the excellent reliability ratings for the Lexus RX350 and my good experience with my 2008 RX350. The main reason this review scores so low is that I am comparing it to the 2008 that I traded in on this 2014 model. My 2008 had a MSRP of $42,450, the 2014 MSRP was $47,030. I liked the 2008 a whole lot better than this 2014 mainly because Lexus designers have cheapened the interior materials and design on the 2014 most likely to lighten the vehicle so as to achieve slightly better gas mileage. The 2008 was all wheel drive, the 2014 is only front wheel drive, yet the gas mileage is almost identical at 21.5 mpg combined. The best features of the 2014 are 1) Quieter interior noise level. 2) Better sounding 12 speaker sound system. 3) Better cornering capability. 4) Blind Spot Monitoring System. The disappointments are numerous, including 1) Poor back-up camera. 2) Lack of an air conditioning button on the dashboard. You never know if the a/c compressor is on or off unless you toggle through multiple window screens to see if it is operating. 3) Poor interior storage space. The center console is so dark and deep that it is difficult to find anything in it. The door storage bins have all been reduced in size from the 2008 model. 4) Space Saver spare tire takes up almost all of the interior storage space under the rear cargo load floor. You can not even fit a trailer hitch in the remaining small storage space under the cargo mat.(The 2008 had a full size spare located outside under the back of the vehicle). 5) The carpeting and mats are embarrassingly thin. They belong in an economy car, not a luxury vehicle. 6) The leather feels thin on the seats. 7) Stiffer ride compared to the 2008. I could go on, but you get the idea. I expect a newer vehicle to improve from previous designs, not go backwards. I regret buying this vehicle. It will be my last Lexus.

Great engine!
Got to get used to parking it.
2012 curses beautifully * very economy on gas is grate! Luv my RX350! Especially when I'm on highway with cruse control even better on gas!
Great car all around, bought CPO with around 40k and after almost 8 years it's been great. Besides regular maintenance it's been a champ. It's very comfortable. The interior is holding up well. V6 is powerful.
Beautiful 2013 silver chariot with gray leather interior to keep you cool, along with air-conditioned seats! Well maintained consistently: New brakes, new Michelin tires, new Lexus brand 12 volt battery as of this spring. This vehicle drives so smooth and handles great, we love it...it's actually our 3rd 450H! Loaded: Comes with beautiful upgraded wood trim, automatic wipers, heated vented seats, both of which (in front) are automatically adjustible, parking assist, front and rear cameras, excellent sound system, and navigation. $15,750.
Love the 3rd generation body style and safety of
Would love better fuel consumption.
Recently purchased a 2015 RX350 4WD with 31,000 miles. We were looking for a 3rd Generation between 2010 and 2015 because of the body style and reliability records on the SUV. So far so good, we will review again in few months. If you're looking for the classic body style either from the 2nd or 3rd generation, reliable, safe and heavy enough...then this your ride.
Reliable stylish comfortable
I have a 2011 with 88k miles on it. I bought it used from a private party. It’s a nice, respectable car. It’s in perfect mechanical and physical shape. It runs great and it’s comfortable with all the luxuries. I would say it’s a great car to have if you were going to travel across country or a long road trip. The body style is nice. Mine has 2019 Lexus wheels which help make it look nicer. The one draw back is it doesn’t seem to get that great of gas mileage. However I put studded snow tires on mine and it’s amazing in the worst road conditions and snow. I easily passed up a Mercedes in snowy conditions. The Mercedes was slipping all over and I had to zoom past for safety sakes. It’s as good as my Subaru was in the snow. Impressive.
Comfort high tech my is almost new for 2011 but high mileage. Drive smooth Handles great good suspension I had a Silverado 1500 2010 so irs a big difference.
I traded in a suv for this car last year and I love it!!!! Great look and performance!! Hope it lasts another 10 years!!
