We got the Luxury model and we are glad we did. Outstanding comfortable ride with all the gadgets, sound, navigation all on a 14 inch screen. The engineers really took there time and thought this out. The back up camera and the rear view mirror gives confidence and a wonderful view. Gas mileage has average 41 miles per gallon. Getting on the freeway is a breeze as is getting to 80. Ride is smooth, comfortable, and reassuring. Love love the car. This is our 6 Lexus and by far the best.

I owned my 2022 NX 350 Premium for a whole 2 weeks and returned it and bought my old F-sport back. Why? 1) The user profile never automatically prompted me to enter my code when I got into the car and I had to go into settings and manually force it. If I happened to forget? Oh well, can only do it while parked which did me absolutely no good while I was stuck in traffic on the highway trying to find an alternative to get home. You don’t get any of your subscriptions or recent destinations in guest mode. 2) while my text messages played back when I received them, I couldn’t get back to them via bluetooth. There was nothing there. Had to use carplay. 3) the wireless cell phone charging pad was sporadic. It usually never worked or would start charging and then stop. It’s not strong enough to go through wireless compatible cases. 4) the windshield wipers would never go to the edge of the windshield despite being adjusted by service and stopped right in my field of vision, leaving a 4 inch gap on the left side of the windshield that I couldn’t see out of when it rained. 5) The gas engine has a feature that when you step on the brake will shutoff and start the engine like a hybrid to save gas. While this sounds like a great feature on paper, it cannot be disabled and can only be temporarily shut off via a button that resets when you shut off the car. Sounds great? Sure…. My car stopped and started so much in stop and go traffic on the highway that it literally killed my battery. It got so low that the auto shutoff stopped functioning altogether with an error that said battery charging for 3 days afterwards. This was the killer for me. on top of all of this, the day I picked up my car, it wouldn’t connect to any of Lexus services while at the dealership so I couldn’t even go through any of the settings while I was there. I spent 10 hours, wasted a work day, and they were back and forth with tech support trying to get my car to even function.

Great vehicle
Traded for an upgrade Premium model
Please be advised we no longer own this vehicle. It was the base model that we purchased after waiting seven months for a premium model we had ordered, and the wait would have continued for a premium model. We traded it in to New Country Lexus, in Latham NY, when we purchased a 2024 NX 350 H Premium model. It was resold promptly by New Country. It was in excellent condition with low mileage when we traded it

The 2022 Lexus NX is an INCREDIBLE vehicle! We are proud Lexus owners (coming from a 2016 RX 350) and this car has been a big upgrade for us. We have the 350 Premium, and there are so many great things to say about it. The 275-hp 2.4L turbo 4 banger is a reliable and peppy ride, with pretty smooth acceleration and pickup. The sound isolation is not class-leading, but far from the worst. This is complemented by the luxurious cabin, with soft and supple Nuluxe leather (red for us!) and beautiful accents. There are a multitude of great safety features like auto brake and adaptive cruise, but best of all is the 14" touchscreen. Absolutely huge, and a big upgrade from the old RX! The styling of the NX is top of the line as well. The front end does not only possess flair and class, but the rear end lightbar is imposing yet provides a very upscale look. The body lines are to die for! Overall, we absolutely love our 2022 NX - our only con is that it is slightly smaller than competitors (not a problem for our small family however). Highly recommend purchasing this car - the dealership experience is amazing too!

I can’t say enough about how much I love love love my Lexus NX350h!!! It drives like a dream!! All of the features are brilliant and it basically drives me to work and home. The 14” touchscreen is beyond fantastic! It is responsive and has excellent get up and go. Turns on a dime and the gas mileage is surreal!! I love love love love my car!! Highly recommend! It’s a luxury pleasure to drive and own. It only gets better the more I drive it and understand all its capabilities Just BRILLIANT!
Great car all the bells and whistles. Getting 40 MPG combined highway and street driving. Safe vehicle with blind spot monitoring and lane assist.

Minimal Standard Safety features
A new battery was needed with no further issues. No backup sensors and no electronic tailgate. The windshield wipers don’t reach the entire window making it difficult to see. I thought Lexus would have exceptional standard safety features. The way the rain pours inside when opening the window is astonishing. Noisy cabin. This never happened with Audi, BMW, or Mercedes. Worry about run flat tires every time I go over a bump or pothole. There is a tradeoff for reliability. Contemplating on returning to Audi which may not be as reliable but is thoughtfully made and has better safety features.
