Positive Review
I purchased this car for my wife. It was her preference after driving the Audi Q5 and the BMW X3. Both German cars emphasize handling over comfort. The Audi had one glaring problem for most shorter drivers: There is a large blind spot on the drivers side caused by the positioning of the side view mirror. In any event, she loved the ergonomics, seats, and the layout of the controls of the Lexus so much, that the 200NT (fwd) was it. Ours came with the Premium Package, Navigation/Comfort package, and a few dealer add ons. We purchased it at close to the KBB suggested price. The fit and finish are impeccable. Learning the electronics has been pretty straightforward and driving is pleasant, but dull in the eco mode. The sport mode feels more responsive. Overall the power is adequate. My cumulative average mpg is 26.4 over the first 832 miles. In the entry level luxury segment, I think that the Lexus is a pretty decent value. If it is as reliable as most other Lexus models, the value proposition will be outstanding.
Critical Review
We bought this car after a lot of shopping for the equivalent smaller SUVs. Handling, mileage, build quality are all excellent - typical Lexus (this is our 2nd). But the navigation and infotainment interface and system design is the worst! As mentioned by a couple other reviewers, it is painful enough that if we had known about it, we would not have bought this car. If you are used to a well thought out Google or Apple interface, you will hate this. We also wish for a digital clock....

Reliable
Size
I bought this car and knew the name had a good reputation, but this car has surpassed all expectations! Regular service visits and not a single incident with this vehicle. Scoots around town with good gas mileage and is a fun little ride to boot! I would recommend this car to anyone looking to down size a bit in an SUV. Plenty of trunk space and seats 4 comfortably.

Can't do wireless Carplay
I leased, then bought the NX new. It maneuvers really well. It is compact inside but roomy enough, generous back hatch space for grocery shopping. Can fit 5 adults. Love the air conditioned seats.Totally reliable Toyota product.
sexy sports FS look
too compact, less storage space, no charger for back passengers
This compact SUV/Crossover is not roomy in the front passenger and driver side. There's really hardly any room to place your phone; plugged in or not, The screen display is a little bit higher than what I expected when comparing to other cars. The front seats are not for larger sized people. I have a problem with Map Screen always resetting back to home, even tho I am listening to music and don't use navigation. The only way to avoid this is completely shutting off the display. Even this is a 4 cylinder, sports, I still need to use premium gas If you get FS model, it looks very nice in and out. I have top of the line and it's well made inside. My only complaints are no room for cellphone placement, if yours 5 ft like me, it's hard to get in and out of your car, and the display screen.
As a Corporate Girly I wanted a Sport, Chic and Powerful SUV to whip around town and to the office. The Lexus NX Sport SUV was the perfect fit for me. The roomy and cozy interior suited my lux delight and comfort needs. The quiet and smooth ride also supported the calming, relaxed drive during the busy rush hours of the city. I wanted a bit of height to see the road better and the enhanced ability to navigate the streets and the highway with ease. I'm so glad I purchased the Lexus NX Sport, it fits my lux lifestyle and practical needs for whipping and zipping around the city!
My Lexus NX200t has been a hit on the Turo Car Rental app. Now that I have a full time job again, I am no longer renting it out because I want to drive my SUV into work on the daily. I feel safe and very comfortable while driving it. Its such a great vehicle, my mom also bought herself a 2023 NX hybrid in Red. Beautiful vehicle body style
The navigation system is worthless. You need an actual address to find anything. It takes at least 4 prompts to get somewhere you have been before. It doesn’t understand what you say. It constantly says pardon and cuts you off. I will be getting another vehicle it’s so bad. I’m very unhappy.
Seats 5 comfortably & has adequate cargo room!
Lacks cooled seats
This SUV rides smoothly & quietly! It’s only drawback in my estimation is that it doesn’t have ventilated/cooling seats. MPG is good. It has adequate power.
Fun car. F sport grill makes it look like a new model. Interior comfort and tighter suspension compared to rx350.
