Positive Review
The ride is on the harsh side. The sound system lacks a quality sound and there is an acceleration lull when the accelerator is depressed.
Critical Review
I have had the gas cap door replaced twice. Fails after a few months. I have taken this car for service several times complaining about a clunky transmission. The car hesitates from a stop especially if you have the steering wheel turned.

Comfort and space, interior design, ride quality
Not agile, especially in parking lots.
This is a very highly-refined, large sedan. Spacious. Very comfortable. Very smooth driving and riding car. Good legroom in the rear. Good trunk space. No mechanical issues so far in 30 months of ownership. This car is great for road trips. Car is very smooth and relaxed at highway speeds. Has a very solid feel even at speeds above posted limits. Seats are quite adjustable and very comfortable. Heating and venting helps with extreme temperatures. Engine has more than enough power to pass on 2-lane roads. Has very good acceleration for a car this size. All-wheel drive helps bad weather driving. Have had no issues with driving safely in snow. Negatives are the size. Can be tough to maneuver in a parking lot. Gas mileage is not great, especially in cities. Car can feel heavy when going around turns. Also wear out tires fairly quickly. This car also draws positive comments. Valet drivers and car enthusiasts frequently are very interested in seeing it. This is the flagship Lexus sedan. It lives up to that billing.
Less maintenance, less costly upkeep, absolutely no exterior of interior flaws ( problems), incredibly good highway mileage 28 to 35 mpg. Just a "nice car", that will be as good with 200,000 miles as it is with 30,000....guaranteed!
Fun to drive and love the hardtop convertible
Too small of a backseat
Loved the car. But too small for me now, we have grandkids and need more room. It’s great if you don’t have my do. It’s a red hard rot convertable

After all is said and done......would I "prefer" a little more performance for the F Sport package? I would ! But with all my "friends" that drive Mercedes, BMW, I always have to revert back to the the fact that, I simply never have any "drama" with my car ! On the highway, at speeds between 75 and 80ish mph, I continually get anywhere between 30, and as much as 35 mpg ! Overall combined mileage is approximately 24 mpg. I always know that that I'm going to get where I'm going safely, comfortably, and in impeccable style! It's a no brainer!
Room SUV and comfortable
Slow acceleration for a 6 cyl.
I love this SUV. I traded my 2016 Audi Q5 Premium Technology Package for a 2021 Premium RX 350. My Audi was just too small and did not have all of the safety features the RX has. I'm not getting on the highway the combined avg of 23 mpg. It averages 19.5 mpg.
Great car

This car is a 2021 Lexus ES 300H. For the times we live in this car is about as close to perfection as one can get. Over 44 MPH constantly in town better on the highway. I am 79 years old and have owned many cars this one is by far the best. Safety wise you can’t beat it. Lexus has built a fine car and I am proud to say it was built in America ( Kentucky). I would recommend this car to anyone who likes luxury, safety, and great fuel mileage.
Great travel vehicle
Need a massage opinion on the passenger seat.
This car is very attractive and reliable. I drive it more and more each day. This vehicle is well designed inside and get lots of compliments after every stop.

lexus is usually old-school. Not this one. It combines nice tech, lexus reliability and insane luxury making it an exellent vehicle.
