Positive Review
Love my new Es300h. My only complaints are the seats are bit firmer than I would like. All the safety features are excellent. I get consistent 43-44 MPG. I got the base model with 90% of the options added on. No need to get the ultra luxury. Just find one with the add on you want. The touch pad is very easy to get used to especially if you used one before. All the bad reviews about it are just stupid. Plus once you get all your options set up really don’t use it often. Love the big screen. Very easy to read and perfectly positioned.
Critical Review
Prior to my purchase of the 2020 es 350 I owned a 2015 Hyundai Azera. would you believe that the Lexus has little over the Hyundai. My main complaint is the level of wind and or road noise. My first concern was rushing noise coming from the rear side window. I brought it into the dealership twice, the first time they said there was no noise. the second time they said there was noise and they did some work on the afore said rear side window. Driving it home, all the sound was still there. Looking for input, I was advised that that acoustic windows would solve the problem. They however, were not available on the base model, only on the luxury model. Nowhere is this information available in writing.

Styling and profilin'
I ended up buying a sweet Lexus with the right color combination that I've been wanting. Lexsus cars are reliable and pretty stylish cars. I've owned a few in my lifetime. Once I tint the windows I will be good to go.
I purchased a 2024 Luxury es 250 on November 24 and I have to say there are few things to mention. First of all this is a great car, the interior is well build and all the parts are top notch. Materials fell premium and not that imitation as the competition has. The car drives smoth for a 4 cylinder engine and I have to say the reason I purchased the es 250 was for the awd as I need it when snow comes down in winter. Es 350 was great at test drive but not awd, that been said I will tell you that this car drives and feels good on the local streets and on the highways, it's a pleasure. Some people complained about the engine noise and under power, but I would say that in my experience with this car the engine grunts when cold and hard acceleration, but once at normal temperature this engine is as smoth as it gets. Passing on the highway is without any issues for me,even with 4 people in the car. I have had few long trips with it and it is super comfortable and quiet on the road. The mpg is not the best considering this is a heavy car, so far I got 26 on highway and 22-23 mpg in city drive and at full tank it gives between 290 to 305 miles range, it cost me 13 to $14 for a 122 miles of driving. To be honest I got better mileage on my A6 2018 v6 quatro . Lexus has a smoth ride and has better reliability than most European brands. So I will tell you about this car, so far for the price point I believe that the es 250 awd has many good things such as quality, great appearance, solid build and good manners on the road. Now,why did Lexus took out the cd player is beyond me. I am 59 years old and I still play cd's on my other car but now I can't. I know the new generation likes all the new tech, but to be honest the average age for this cars is around 35 and up. Besides the wireless connection for music it's not the same quality than a cd player or radio and I don't think it is ofer as an option anyways. As you see, things get taken out of the vehicles but the price keeps going up. The infotainment system needs an update, no apps embedded in the sytem because now they use apple or android play wich brings me to my next issue. I just started having issues with the wireless charger I have read on the blogs that this chargers sometimes don't work as it's supposed to. I will take my car to the dealer to see what's their take on this .The other issue is that no heated seats or ventilated in the back seats, no mirrors for rear passengers in the back either and no climate controls for rear passenger . This is supposed to be a luxury sedan and many manufacturers are doing the same with the sedans, so if you want all this you have to get the next level like the LS 500 or 600 or their SUV models, because those have it, go figure. The Gs had it all,v6 awd and all the perks, but it was discontinued. What a shame, all good models tend to dissappear. I drove my car on couple of snow days, and did good even tho it doesn't behave like an A6 or the Volvo s60 awd, but the awd keeps you on the road without pushing it. The thing I didn't like is that when the front sensor, gets cover with snow the system goes haywire and beeps without stop and tells you to clear the sensors. I had to stop few times to clear sensors from the snow , this is really a pain to stop and get out to clean the sensors specifically on a snowing day. The other cars use sonar wich doesn't gives you this headache. Another issue I have is that in order to get a better sound system you have to pay over 2k for this. It is a Luxury car and it should have only one stereo for every model and that should be included in the price, no exceptions. This goes for every brand out there. As you see there are good and not so good things about the Es 250 awd but make no mistakes, this car is by far one with a good reliability as it gets.
Comfortable, great gas mileage, low runnings costs
Not flashy, completely ambiguous in a sea of SUVs
Recently took delivery of a 2025 Lexus ES300H and couldn’t be more impressed with this vehicle. The serenity this car provides is incredible and ours is not even the highest trimmed model. The comfortable (forget about it) seats, smooth drivetrain, great tech, plenty of leave in “auto settings” to make sure you and your passengers are comfortable. What an excellent highway cruiser. We wish the rear seats folded but with such a cavernous trunk it might be a moot point. And ladies and gentlemen, there is an honest to goodness spare tire in 2025! Thank you!
Rocket pickup with 6 cylinder engine. Plenty of features including ADAS. High quality in comfort. Makes you to feel like you are superstar with this hot whip
I can’t buy a car again for at least 15 years because it has a great reliability.
Thanks to the dealership and team for making this a smooth and exciting purchase.”

A total pleasure. Made for the peaceful minded. It doesn’t get any better that the Ultra Luxury model.
Handles well, comfortable, stylish
Back seat doesn’t fold down.
Very comfortable & economical car. Stylish, and terrific for long car rides. The system didn’t allow me to give a 5 star review.
Reliable, looks nice from the outside
Sub par luxury car
Poorly engineered, tech is subpar, looks very nice outside but nothing special inside. The car has all sorts quirks that could drive you mad (random emergency breaking, rear view cameras is unusable in the rain, and a few others) . If you are looking for an alternative to a European luxury car- this is NOT it

2021 ES300h is getting 52-53 mpg in the city and 45 mpg hwy which was verified on a long trip of 9,500 miles at the pump. Cabin is comfortable, ventilated seats great for the warm Florida summers. Excellent vehicle!
