Positive Review
We compared this car to the GMC Acadia, Honda Pilot, and VW Atlas. We were seeking a mid sized SUV that could handle NH winters, occasional trips on bumpy roads, and the flexibility of 3rd row seating. This car has it all and then some. It is by far the most spacious and comfortable car we've owned. The interior is well designed and extremely user-friendly. The exterior styling is beautiful - almost reminiscent of something from Land Rover. We chose the 7 seater S model, which includes a sunroof, heated seats, and a few other perks ovetlr the baseline model. For comfort and style, it far outpaces the vehicles mentioned above. The V6 with AWD gets me what I need in terms of flexibility and the included safety features (blind spot detection, lane assist, smart cruise control, daytime LED running lights, etc.) give me comfort driving my kids around. All of the convenience features are fantastic. Time will tell as far as reliability goes, but after test driving the most popular vehicles in this class, this one really sticks out as a superior option. Kudos to Kia for designing a real game changer for their lineup.
Critical Review
Without UVO subscription, remote starter and live traffic will not work. You have to pay $29.99 per month. UVO customer care told me that we are not "compelling you to buy" rudely..So over $55,000.00 later from Nov 2020, now I'm left walking in the snow to warm up my car. KiA customer care also waste.

I bought my first Kia, a fully loaded 2024 Telluride, and I will never buy one again. Or a Hyundai, which I’ve owned two. They contract out their navigation system, and it is garbage. On a road trip I tried to navigate to home and the system sent me 9 hours out of the way. I called to complain and I was forwarded to their navigation system contractor who said I needed an update, which they would charge me for. I bought a memory stick and downloaded the update, successfully. It still sends me in the wrong direction. Kia and Hyundai use the same company, so I will never buy from them again.
Bought new 2021 Telluride - have spent thousands of dollars keeping it going. Dealer and company very anti customer support. During the first 50K miles it needed new shocks, new alternator, new whoopy sensor, new windshield washer repair and several other minor repairs. At 62K needs oil pan leak repair and new brakes. At time of purchase the sales folk agreed that because I live so far away from the dealer I could take it to my mechanic for maintenance and repairs. Later the manager refused to honor that agreement. On appeal the company itself also refused. On the two times I managed to take it to the dealer I was very unhappy with the service and pricing. I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone. It is a very unreliable.
Everything
Nothing
This SUV is awesome! Sun roof, Moon roof, I can run a laptop via the inverter for 5+ hours while watching UFC in the mountains and I can fit a full size futon mattress in the back (w/ a little modification, that even a ten could do) to sleep while camping. 😃 I LOVE MY TELLURIDE!
Luxury form and function.
Needs wireless Carplay.
I'm in love. I previously owned a 2011 Honda Pilot. I loved the Pilot, but I wasn't in love with the new interior changes. I patiently watched other brands and their comparable models. Then I stumbled across the Car and Driver review for the Telluride. After their 40,000-mile test drive, they struggled to find items that they didn't find satisfactory. I have a friend who had a Telluride for a couple of years and had nothing but love for the model, so I jumped in. I got a 2023 used, with just under 7K miles on it. I have twins, a busy life filled with travel, errands, a dog, and even a small farm. The Telly has met and exceeded all my expectations. It is full of luxury features while keeping the utility and form functions intact. I have rented a Palisade a couple of times, and it is missing some of the Telly pizaz. The smooth engine, lots of cup holders and charging ports, ease of entry, and comfort are some of our favorites.

I've owned my Kia Telluride for several years now. Within its price range, I can't think of another vehicle with the mix of size, style, and features. As a person who previously drove cars and compact SUVs, the Telluride isn't a difficult vehicle to drive. But, its big enough to load up the entire family, friends, and luggage for vacations. If given the chance, I would buy the vehicle again.
I don’t have an answer… Only had it a few weeks. so far…. I LOVE it! So comfortable and roomy … and it’s beautiful. Blue with light gray interior ♥️
I loved my 2021EX fwd Telluride. Put over 64000 miles on it. No issues. None. Almost felt bad trading it...Traded without being in a hole for the 2024 EX awd xline. Love the little upgrades heated steering wheel, mirrors, etc. Same great vehicle but better. Quiet inside, great navigation system. Love the safety features.
Very affordable for top notch luxury and features
That I didn't get one sooner
I love that I can use my phone as my digital key to lock, unlock and start my car, or use the app to start my car and turn on the heater and seats. It drives great and has a ton of safety features. I love the blind spot cam that comes up when you turn the blinker on. Everywhere I go people want to check it out and are very impressed by it. And, to boot, it was very affordable. I'm looking forward to driving it for many years.
