Positive Review
This is hands down the best car I’ve owned. I know, it’s a Kia, but they have stepped up their game. I take this car on 5 hour road trips all the time. It charges in 18 minutes, enough time to eat a meal or stop and stretch. I have had zero issues with it. It’s comfortable, roomy and drives great. In the summer, the range is around 250 miles, winter drops to 200 miles, sub zero temperatures shorten the range to 150 miles. It also has physical buttons and controls for HVAC/radio and other options. The only downside in my opinion is the style. It’s too sporty for my taste, but that’s fine. I bought it for its range and charging speed.
Critical Review
250 to 275 mileage on a full charge. Resale value is terrible. Over priced suv for what it is. Reliability is not that good because of the weather changes, it messes with the battery. Seats are a bit hard on road trips. Just a typical electric vehicle that is not worth buying.

Comfortable car with good handling
ICCU Design Flaw, Excessive Time to Repair, Poor Range in Winter
I bought my 2023 Kia EV6 GT-LINE used in December 2024 and by February 2025, the ICCU died while I was driving. It took two months for Kia to get the part to the dealership to fix it. I am working on Kia buy back and will never get an electric vehicle from Kia again.
Perfect
🎆Great machine 0 problems. Trust me you’re gonna love it. Best vehicle in everyday situations for an aero dynamic mid sized coupe like SUV🥳
Charging Speed, Range, Efficiency
Headroom, Frunk Space
Firstly - needed to put in a 12V battery at 30K miles but that was relatively cheap for peace of mind following the frustration of dashboard errors and frigid morning no-starts. After that, nothing but great things to say! Ultra fun, fast charging, and spacious. Great for commuting, camping, and road tripping. The V2L has saved our butts in power outages, as well as provided convenience in the back woods. Charge times when on the road are wicked fast and the car is usually waiting for us by the time we get back from a bio-break. With the large hatchback there is plenty of room for luggage or even a mountain bike. I added a trailer hitch for the occasional large hauling need too. Great versatility, AWD performance, and comfort all around. Software updates have made quality of life improvements over time, though they are few and far between from KIA. Happy now and hope to be as happy long into the future.
Electric good range drove cross country twice no issue
No built in garage door opener car does not unlock when you approach
Bought the car in June of 2022 new
Value drop instantly, and they lied to me about this suv. It only gets around 260 mileage before it needs a full charge again. These electric vehicles gets less mileage vs a gas vehicle. Cost savings, no!! It's about the same price range of gas. No I'm not happy with this vehicle. Believe me, it's a terrible experience. Running your headlights, ac on stereo all of these things drain the battery fast. Electric vehicles suck!!
Style, cost of ownership, quick
Some minor technicalal quirks being first gen
Solid as a Honda Accord, very quick, great interior. I've saved over $5000 in 18 months of owning this over my 2020 Honda Passport (savings from no maintenance and no gas).
Fast, smooth
Buying this car used is an amazing deal! Such great value for all the features you could possibly want/need. Plus it gives on the performance side as well
Charging speed, range
Doesn’t unlock when you walk up to it.
