Positive Review
Our series II is Great driving, smooth, powerful. I’ve had 0 issues in 2 years. I rent a lot of nice cars and this one is the best for comfort and driving. I would ignore reviews of people who won’t take their car in for a free service. We have been well taken care of and I haven’t paid a dime for service so far. It’s been wonderful to own
Critical Review
The vehicle has been in the shop for 2 out of the 4 weeks i have own it. Navigation shuts down and radio has problems. Replaced all equipment with no results. Not a good start to an 83k vehicle.

Always dead
Always dead, won’t start
Don’t buy wagoner unless you own a tow truck and love wasting your time and money. Worst vehicle I’ve ever purchased.
Buyer Beware: Worst Customer Service Experience Ever I bought a vehicle from Chrysler (2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer) in 2023 for over $110,000, and I deeply regret my decision. The car has been in service more than 15 times already, with constant issues that never seem to get resolved. Half of the time, the dealership and Chrysler service teams can't even replicate the issues, leaving me stuck with a car that doesn’t function as it should. The communication is terrible, with the dealership telling me one thing and Chrysler service telling me something completely different. After spending that kind of money, I expected much better service and support, but all I’ve received is frustration and poor service. Chrysler clearly doesn’t care about their customers once the sale is made. I would not recommend purchasing from them, not even to my worst enemy. Buyer beware!
Lots of room
Does not hold value. Poor reliability.
According to Kelley Blue Book, a 2023 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series II currently has a resale value around $53,998, which represents a significant depreciation of roughly 41% from its original MSRP over 18 month. They have had to replace the engine, which took more than 30 days. If not for the mileage (26,000 miles), the car would have qualified as a “lemon” in NJ. It goes without saying, “ I choose poorly”
Design, options
Unreliable, never runs correctly, electrical and motor failure, repair costs, lack of warranty
I purchased my 2022 Wagoneer 5.7 brand new. Unfortunately I was in an accident due to brake failure a few weeks into me owning it but no one believed me that the brakes failed. It spent close to a year being rebuilt. The problem has continued to happen (motor shuts off while driving, loosing brakes and eventually putting itself into park while still rolling). Even without the accident taking a year away from my ownership, this vehicle has been in the shop for longer than I’ve had it in my possession. I have it on video, plenty of submitted documents, STAR case is open and they’re guessing at what next to fix. Although I love the look and luxury of this vehicle, it is not reliable and flat out dangerous to myself and others on the road around me. Such a waste of money and Stellantis refuses to make things right by buying it back or trading it for a similar vehicle. I highly suggest you don’t waste your time with this vehicle.
We bought a 2023 wagoner brand new. In the 18 months that we have owned it, it has been in and out of the shop for approximately 3 of those months. It has been one electrical problem after the other. We looked at trading it in due to how many problems we had and we were only offered half of what we paid for it. This is the worst vehicle we have ever owned. I wish we would have purchased a suburban or Yukon xl
We've had our Wagoneer since 2022, and have had nothing but great things to say about it. Taken long trips in it with two teenagers and they both have plenty of room in back. The 3rd row absolutely has enough legroom for adults, that was a big thing for us since we are a taller family.
Looks nice, comfortable
It breaks down all the time. Nothing else matters if the transmission goes bad after a year
A $100,000 dollar vehicle that was in the shop at least 4 times in the 1st year. Then the final straw was when the transmission went out at like 1 year old and very low miles. It was not drove crazy or abused, we are a family of 5 with 3 small kids we were not hot rodding around like a teenager!!
We've owned our 24, Carbide Wagoneer for two months. It's back to the dealer again, now. Mechanics are great, smooth ride, comfortable, turning radius, quiet and beautiful design. But, technology is terrible. Never ending menus, safety preferences, random changes and lock outs make this vehicle not fun to own. The GPS and UConnect systems are awful even when they work. Do not buy this car unless you enjoy pushing buttons endlessly to accommodate the frustrating and endlessly, randomly changing technology. I would return this car if it didn't cost me 12,000$
