Positive Review
I went and drove the Telluride, Ford Explorer, CT6 and Tahoe. This was hands down the highest quality build and smoothest ride of the bunch. I have taken 3 different neighbors on rides who have been amazed at how quiet the Jeep rides and the included safety features and technology.
Critical Review
Most of the folks reading this won’t see it in time, but I have to caution anyone considering a Grand Cherokee L to not make the purchase. I have never been in such a terrible driving, handling, maneuvering and all-around riding vehicle. This thing takes the cake for worst preforming car I have ever driven. The interior is nice, but you can’t enjoy it fighting the steering wheel. I should be able to put one hand on the wheel and maintain lane presence and a level of comfort when driving. Not a chance. I should have test drove this thing a lot more! My work vehicle is a 2008, Yukon XL and it’s maneuvering and overall rideability is absolutely superior to this monstrosity. I have owned a lot of vehicles in my years and I have never been this disappointed. I even purchased an actual lemon once and I wasn’t this frustrated. Kicking myself everyday that it just sits in the driveway. I think Adam Sandler wrote a song about this very vehicle. I hope, even one person, sees this review before they make the same mistake I did. The folks at the dealership were great. However, before this experience, I would have never purchased a car from Zoom or Carvana. Please use Zoom’s or Carvana’s 5–7-day test drive offer. You should be excited about a new car, that butterflies in your stomach excitement; I get nothing but stomach cramps looking at my driveway weight.

Ride, comfort, capability
None so far
Just bought, but love it so far. Overland package brings a lot of great functionality, with adjustable suspension and ride height, making for a great ride and capable off road vehicle. With a lot of comfort options, it makes for a great all around vehicle. The 6 cylinder has plenty of power - unless you want to tow.
Reliable vehicle
Nothing
Great on gas, love the luxurious interior, love that there’s so much space, have had it for 3 years and no issues at all
The vehicle initially "floats" as if it were in 2WD Tires ended up with uneven wear at 20,000 miles Red paint shows ALL of the stone chips The 2.46 rear axle gives a quicker start, but hurts on freeway Looks great
Body Style
Poor steering & handling, poor gas miles, poor dependability, poor reliability
My first brand new vehicle that I bought on a lease. I was fascinated by the look and bought it without a drive test. I’ve had nothing but problems one after another. Within a month of taking ownership I had to have the entire wheel assembly replaced which took over a month. Then both batteries needed replaced after 1yr. Recently had the AC condenser replaced. Worst of all I had taken the vehicle in to the dealership few times complaining about the uncomfortable steering and handling issue. I’m scared to take it on a long drive especially when active lane management is switched on. It feels like I’m moving a rock the vehicle do zig-Zack on freeway. I drove many other WL/WS vehicle lines, vehicle such as overland, Summit. But dealership obviously can’t tell the difference. I’m here stuck with this vehicle for another 16 months and paying 850 monthly. It’s breaking my bank and it is sitting on driveway collecting dusts. Dealership won’t take it back and I can’t even sell it to a third-part since it is financed thru Chrysler Capital. I regret everyday for purchasing this vehicle. Wish I can just stop paying and they repo this vehicle but then it’s gonna mess up my credit
Quiet, comfortable, spacious, and stylish
Front warning detector and lane assist have flaws
Quiet, spacious, and comfortable. It feels like a jeep in every way possible. 14k miles and still strong. I don't mind the shift knob. The only flaw I have found is the front warning detectors won't stop you, they just warn you. Love the half leather half swade. Would recommend this car.
Great for snow and great looks
Not so great on gas
I had this jeep for 13 months, no issues so far. I drove it from Indiana to Orlando twice with the family, it was very confortable and enjoyed driving it. I love the exterior and interior. Very confortable drive and it's grear driving it on the snow.
Only 9,000 miles! like new! have to sell because it's too high for my 88 year old Mom! Garaged.. sun roof.. no dings
If I could give this vehicle a zero, I would!! Nothing but problems with it, very poorly made. My vehicle started overheating and had to take it to TWO different dealerships, 3 separate visits, for them to finally figure out the issue. Or so they said!! They had to replace the engine at 35,000 miles. I honestly don’t think they knew what was causing the issue, and just replaced the engine and wished for the best. Very cheaply made inside as well, all the plastic scratches so easily on the entertainment console. Will never buy another Jeep!
