2018 Jaguar XE Consumer Reviews

I drive the XE R Dynamic AWS fully loaded with the 19" rims. 30k miles so far and 10k of them were on cross country road trips. A. It's a head turner, very rare car that doesn't get shipped to the USA market anymore which is cool in a sea of German cars. B. The 16 way butter soft seats are comfortable even after an 8 hour road trip. Driving modes actually create a significant difference in driving style. ECO for highway cruising get's great gas mileage and makes it hard to speed (which is why I use it sometimes) Dynamic and sport modes; if you sneeze you're going 109 haha. OOPS! It corners like it's on rails due to the rear suspension and staggered wheel set up. The clear view rear view mirror option gives you a clear view of the entire freeway all 10 lanes. I love BMW not nocking the brand, but this Jag handles the way the old school BMW's did before they admittedly became more Americanized. You feel connected to the road; the car is responsive and intuitive. The Tech is great. Beautiful clean lines, blend of leather and aluminum trip with white stitching. The features you don't need disappear so there is no clutter. Rear seat is not very roomie. Not a great car if you always have rear seat passengers. I don't so it's perfect for me.

Total waist of time trying to keep up with the repairs. "Definitely expensive" these cars are just cheaply made, but overpriced parts. On my way to get out of this mess and get a newer affordable type of car.

Excellent overall. Not perfect, but no car is. You will stand out from the crowd…very unique compared to all the Audis and Beemers on the road. 18k miles so far and no issues at all!

Performance is great, mileage for me is about 23 street, 35.6 freeway and the car has plenty of pick up. Owned it for over two years so far and to be honest I have had one small coolant leak that is known by jaguar and they have a quick replacement part for it already. Interior is Comfortable for my grandma to be in but also nice enough to show off a bit! Great car for the price and good alternative from the typical bmw, Infiniti or audi.

This car is a head turner, its very sharp and feels expensive as if no costs were spared during the assembly of this vehicle. Its the perfect combination of luxury and sport, the v6 3.0l supercharged awd makes this the perfect dad car. Backseats are limited in space and create an unenjoyable riding experience for passengers.

Before Covid interrupted our lives I drove this car 550 miles one way to visit friends in the next state. I've made this trip many times but never before arrived with no neck and shoulder pain. This car almost drives itself! Looks hot! Almost more power than I can handle (and I drove a 1967 GTO in the past). Interior is lush. Best warranty ever. Covid hit and I parked it in the garage. LUV this car! Can't wait to get behind the wheel again.

Very sporty and great acceleration. There are a few more options I would have liked but I needed a car and this XE was the closest to what met my needs.

Great performance, fun to drive, holds the road. Beautiful lines. Performs amazing from the diesel. Gas millage averages 50mpg . Reliable, Maintenance free in 5 years, never a maintenance issue.
