Positive Review
Fantastic exterior look. Interior top shelf. Easy accessibility to its features. Plenty of space for my 6`3” frame. Got the sensory trim. At least $30,000 less then the German products. So far extremely happy.
Critical Review
This will be my last car I purchase from Infiniti. Customers service has below average regarding my issues with mirror reflection. No one seems to know how to resolve the problem. I have dropped off my car multiple times with nothing resolved.

Great car in all categories
could use tighter steering, refinement of trans.
Only negatives are the steering is not as precise as our previous Infiniti QX50, and the CVT requires getting used to. Overall quality is excellent, fit and finishes very well done, great syling outside and inside, super ground clearance, sweet 20" wheels, smooth ride even with run flat tires, great highway cruiser. We have see gas mileage better than factory ratings, as much as 34mpg highway with premium fuel. Appearance exudes quality and a rich feel. Infotainment systeme is good, not great, but more than sufficient for anyone's needs without going super tech. Cooled seats are nice surprise. Quite roomy and very comfortable seating.
This crossover responds and handles very well.
Dated Infotainment and loud HVAC system.
I have the loaded Sensory model, its such a joy to drive every single time and very comfortable. My only issue is the infotainment system, kind of dated but works well.
Beautiful to look at
Everything
Design of this vehicle is terrible. It’s a beautiful car, but can’t see anything when backing up at night. The headlights are too low to the ground which makes it very dangerous while driving , and if it’s raining visibility is dangerous. Mirrors are too small and there’s reflection of the interior when driving. Tinted windows should only be on back windows . I feel certain there will be a recall of this 2022 Infiniti. We owned a an Infiniti 2000 FX previously and it was perfect.
Nothing else looks like it. Well appointed intr.
non-carplay infotainment is aging, but responsive
I read a lot of disappointment with the CVT. But that underestimates the tech that Infiniti uniquely introduced (VC). I find my car super responsive, and overtaking is no issue. Plus, I love that my QX55 is typically the only one in any parking lot in a sea of same. It feels like it was made only for me, and I love it. Doesn't hurt that it's very easy on the eyes.
Comfortable, HUD display, technology.
Only one transmission option.
My QX55 is really warming up to me. It is a very comfortable ride with wonderful exterior and interior looks. CarPlay is a big upgrade. As a former GLC and X3 owner I have had great comparisons. While the two German SUVs are better from a performance perspective I didn’t go wrong by going with the QX55 sensory package. This package on the German counterparts would be very expensive. This is a buy I would do again.

All of the above
Haven’t had any yet
