Critical Review
I bought this vehicle just under a year ago with 54,000 miles on it. Since then, I have had to repair and replace many things, and repairing this car is not cheap. When I first purchased the car, I felt it was a solid first car and I enjoyed the standard features such as the bose sound system, heated leather seats, and the sunroof, but less than a year later, with a leaking sunroof, and a rusted out from frame, I am trading it in. The main reason the car is being traded in is because of the frame. The front frame that holds the engine is radiator up is gone. On my way home from work last week, the radiator began to fall and the hose that put coolant into the radiator detached and spewed coolant all over the engine. From what I understand, the rusting out of the from is common in Nissans/Infiniti's from that time, and there is no economical way of fixing it. If you're looking at buying one, make sure you check the front frame for rust spots!!!

comfy, reliable, Bose sound system
poor turning radius, no notion of cup holders
Though hard to find these days, G20's are a great used car value. I purchased my 2000 G20 from a private party for $1,900 and put around $2,500 in it to bring everything up to snuff for the next 25k (considering I drive about 5k miles/yr I consider it a good investment). The car runs like new now, I get compliments on it (it was well taken care of by its previous owners) and though gas economy is weak for a 4 cylinder (24 mpg in mixed driving), it's still worth it because it's such a nice ride. Reliable, low maintenance and comfortable. What else do you need? They are kind of hard to find these days (they only sold around 13k/yr), so if you find a decent one, get it.
Never had to put it in the shop, well made
Cup holder is unusable for most things
Highway gears-smooth quiet ride-mile eater
Fun to drive, low maintenance and luxury interior
None really- MPG is average not great
I bought this car used with about 28,000 miles on it. I’m at about 280k now; I’ve never had any major expensive repair issues with it Drives well, great power, nothing bad I can really say! Best car I’ve owned (BMW, Fords, Audi)- all I’ve done is the very basic maintenance required, reg oil changes etc. I did have to disconnect the power on the passenger side seat adjustments- there was an issue with the motor on that seat, but I rarely drive with passengers and the seat is fixed with lots of leg room, it wasn’t something that I needed to fix so I left it - the heated seat still works lol. Finally looking for a new car, mostly because I want a hybrid- great car though, I’ll miss it!
Runs Great for 17 years old. No huge problems.
Rust, Brakes, Shaking
I bought this 17 year old car. Obviously there was some rust damage. I fixed up a Radiator holder, Installed a new flex pipe. Replace an oil pump and 2 gaskets and runs great! Brakes need to be done but overall a great looking car.
Fun to drive, great interior, awesome audio system
Cup holders, slow pick up speed from a stop
I've owned my 2000 Infinity for about 5 years now. This car is absolutely the best car I've driven. Super comfortable seats ( mine are leather) and the audio system is out of this world. My one complaint is, from a full stop the car doesn't pick up speed quickly. Other than that one flaw, I've never had one major problem with this car only minor flaws that a quick tune-up couldn't repair. I HIGHLY recommend this car!
leather seats
eats up gas quickley
i like the car ok

This car is reliable and doesn't ask for much. I have 236000 miles on it and continue to commute with it. I love it.
