Positive Review
It is a shame they stopped making this van. We bought it new in 2007 and have driven in town and on long road trips with our family of 7. It has never had any issues and has been a joy to own. It has bout 130,000 miles and we will keep driving it as long as we can.
Critical Review
I bought this vehicle six months ago and it has been in the shop at least five times. Right now it has been in the shop for five days and it will not start and they don't know why. Also it does not get near the amount of mpg as stated. it suppose to get 18 mpg and mine gets 14-15. I took it back and they said there is nothing that they could do. I would not have wasted my money if I knew it would be like this.

We purchased this van brand new on its way to America, from Korea. We bought it in December 2008. 14 years later we still enjoy it! Mostly for long trips and big groups. We do not let it sit long without being driven. It is house under our carport. It has given us zero problems!
Comfortable
Needs air conditioner fixed
Reliable good condition. Has been a good family car. Never broke down since we owned it. Air conditioner needs to be fixed. Interior and exterior in good condition.
Ran good but bad transmission
Always reliable

Great reliable mini-van
Servicing
Bought it in 2009 with about 18000 miles. Excellent accelleration! Smooth. Durable. I've bought about 6 sets of tires for it over the years. Replaced radiator, battery, . Hit a deer and banged up the left headlight and never replaced it. Front right fender was backed into-never replaced it. Everyone that drives it loves the way it drives, it's just getting old now. My only complaints are with servicing it. Headlights keep going out and have to be replaced, and they are the more expensive bulbs ($18/each). They burn out after about 18 months. Still have the original spark plugs because it's a 17 step, mechanic-needed, procedure to replace them. Struts are horrible and have needed to be replaced since 100,000 miles. I think if I'll just spend the money to have it serviced, it'll be like a new vehicle:)) even with 192,000 miles!
Great Value/cheap price, seating surface, stylish
Gas (not that bad really)
I used to have an 07 Entourage SE, because I was on a budget and like the power sliding doors for the cats and the kids. After a while when it racked up a ton of miles I decided to get a Certified Pre-Owned 08 Entourage Limited in 2011. There is lots of space, seating for 7, and its convenient yet somehow standard features still stand to amaze. Go ahead and but an overpriced Sienna because you think you need all wheel drive. This car is more towards the mini in minivan than other competitors. The captains chairs are great for road trips and the 3rd row fold in floor seats are very useful. The seating surface is easy on my cats and on cleaning up. This car drives less heavy than other minivans. The dvd screen, single and fairly sized it great for the kids. The chrome accents give it style (people actually ask me what car I am driving!) It matches my house and was extremely affordable. I bought this car because I needed space and love sliding doors, and also because of the price. This car introduced my to how great Hyundai is. This pushed my to by a 2012 Santa Fe. Hyundai's are safe, reliable, and never have car trouble. I used to shuttle my kids around ad drive it to work a lot, but now that I have two cars, I still have low mileage on both. I never want to let my Entourage go and I will never buy a car other than a Hyundai.
Great vale, very dependable
cheap plastic interior parts, inferior power doors
This has been a great vehicle for us. we bought it new in 2008 and have had only a few minor issues being the alternator has had to be replaced twice and of course the power door modules which are a stupid design and an issue with this vehicle. Reliability wise though we have almost 167000 miles on this and it has had less than expected issues with repairs. The van still drives great and the motor is in fantastic shape, even the motor oil stays clear between changes. We are just now beginning to have issues with things needing to be replaced like the air conditioning compressor and power steering pump. I wish they still made them I would not have any qualms about buying another one! I do like the Hyundai Entrouge better then the Kia Sienna even though they basically are the same vehicle.
Spacey, prettty.
Millions of things, I lived at the shop!
This was the first new car I bought and it was the worst. My DVD player fell out of the ceiling while I was driving. My doors were recalled and fixed 5 times. I have had to drive back to the shop the weekend after it was fixed with my door stuck open. My wipers repeatedly failed and once at 11pm on the highway with my 3 kids and husband in the car. I thought we were going to die. I returned the vehicle repeatedly, every 2 months for a noise I heard when I turned, apparently the bushings are a common failure that cause this vehicle to flip. The dealer said they don't fix them until they are completely gone, I guess that would be after my cars flips. The suspension mounts were recalled after they discovered they corrode because of the salt used to rid the snow. Now they told me the frame, rack & pinions and motor is leaking. This car is so poorly made that they only made 2007 & 2008 and then stopped!
