As an owner of the 2023 Honda Accord, I can say it's been a fantastic experience so far. The sleek exterior design always gets compliments, and I love the modern look of the grille and headlights. Inside, the cabin is incredibly spacious, and the rear legroom is a huge plus, especially when I have passengers. The ride is smooth and comfortable, making both short trips and long drives enjoyable. Overall, the 2023 Accord has proven to be a reliable, stylish, and efficient car that I’m proud to own.
I am a long time Honda buyer since 1976, so Honda is not new to me. My 2024 Accord sport is a very good vehicle for the price point. However, the only two gripes that I do have, is the passenger seat is too low and has no height adjustment. The second is the lack of a spare tire and rim. You are supplied with an air compressor and flat repair kit. If you have a blow out or a major puncture in a tire, will leave you stranded. Driving dynamics are a well-balanced, and is peppy enough for most sensible drivers, my average mpg is 45 mpg which is acceptable to me. A very good value in an overpriced market!
I had a 2024 Accord Hybrid and someone pulled out in front of me. I Tee- boned there GMC Acadia going between 45-50 mph and walked away without a scratch. My Accord was totalled but the airbags did there job. I am definitely going to get another one
Purchased a new 2024 Accord EX (non-hybrid) and here are my pros and cons: Pros: Love the minimalistic exterior and interior styling, trunk is enormous and has hydraulic springs that automatically raise it, the 8 speaker sound system offers excellent clarity and average bass response, comes with a spare tire (all hybrid models DO NOT come with a spare tire), front seat comfort is good, rear seat comfort is excellent, I regularly drive on sustained uphill mountain roads and the engine never feels underpowered, LED headlights offer excellent illumination and the automatic high beams operate flawlessly, vehicle feels very stable on winding roads and at high speeds, excellent brakes, no interior rattles, fit/finish is excellent, all doors feel very solid when opening/closing, outward visibility is excellent, smart entry system with remote engine start is very convenient, blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert work great, free oil changes and tire rotations for the first 24 months, EX Accord's come with thick tire sidewalls that are less prone to getting flat compared to higher trim level low profile tires, 3 stage heated seats are a big plus, I drive mostly on freeways and consistently get 38MPG when I'm not in a rush in ECO mode or 34mpg when driving aggressively with ECO mode off and steering feel/ride comfort is good. Cons: The rear view mirror is too small, limiting horizontal field of view. However, I easily corrected this problem by purchasing a wider rear view mirror from Amazon for $20.00 and clipping it over the original mirror. The front passenger seat cannot be raised. This hinders outward visibility for passengers that are less than 5 feet 5 inches tall. Overall, I rate this vehicle a 4.8 out of 5.0 Stars
Fuel economy
Front windshield fogging
Have the sport hybrid. Pretty quick for a midsize sedan and easy on the pocket with 40mpg avg. Sport mode does seem to drink the fuel a bit faster.

A lot of room, great mpg, and love the new look! The interior is nice with a spacious trunk. Ive only had it for a few weeks but so far its been great. Hondas have always been reliable for me.
Style & performance
Cost vs competition
The EX model gives you more & the extra cost is worth it. Front drivers seat has 10 way power seats which are better than the manual on the LX. Overall I like it better than the hybrid. Both have issues for the long haul, & predicted costs to repair is something they both share. Ride on the EX is smooth ,pickup is adequate. Fuel economy is par as stated on the sticker but I am getting better than stated so that's a +. Seats are pretty comfortable & the rear offers a LOT of legroom & headroom. Visibility in front is very good. Extra features in the EX are nice. Lane assist, blind spot monitoring, heated seats ,come in handy on occasion. Trunk lid opens up fully with remote or push button on key fob. Rear doors open very wide so entry & exit is pretty good. Same for front doors. Ground clearance is decent so not too difficult getting in & out. For me, going up to the hybrid just wasn't worth the added cost & not that many added features. The EX was the "sweet spot" for me. Time will tell how it holds up, as Honda has always been reliable even though some say its reputation is slipping. But, that's what is offered today so we have to go with that. Gone are the days past when less $ gets you more. But overall, the accord EX is checking most of the box's I require for my use.
