Body is in pretty good shape 2sm.dent in tail gate,paint is holding up nice ,no fading spots always parked in carport at home.I puts some extras on her Rhino bed liner ,very stout headache rack,side tool box.wrap around fr.bush gaurd.Lost 1 fog light Put pair on Bush gaurd.Wont knock out so easy.Didnt need 4wheel dr. Much but I never got stuck in the mud OR snow .Plus having the 4x4 button right there sure was nice .Didnt tow alot either but had no problems towing a few friends home .Or moving them loaded truck and trailerfrom Maryville to Grass Valley.In Inside is OK front seat has a rip in it.13 yrs old, Iive in the country .It has seen alot of dust and 3 dogs But she does clean up nice all the seats work .Everything in it belongs there and still works.kept up on all maintained. And anything that went bad got fixed right fast.I knew who ever buys this truck will be just as happy with her as I was.I just can't say how good a truck this little GMC has been . Only reason I'm selling her is I no longer need a truck and a Suv will give my Dogs more space to be more comfortable in .That is the only reason.

Good all around very reliable very roomy had issues with theft sensor fixed that and never had issues since. mines is charcoal gray and I always get compliments and people are always surprised how good my pick up turned out I prefer it over a toyota or nissan all day . American Made GMC !

It's a good little truck. Runs good and in very good shape . It has a cover for the bed. Very good on gas mileage.

This truck is the best of both worlds, you can hook up your lawn mower trailer and go, or you can load up your wife and kids and head out to a movie or out on the town. It's got enough power for the work day and it's got the looks that are eye catching. I'm so glad I bought mine it's been a reliable pickup for my family and I. This truck will never leave my fleet thats how good its been this far to us. It looks as good today as it did in 2013 when I purchased it. It had approximately 16k on the dash when we bought it and now around 170K on it we have only had to do basic maintenance as far as up keep nothing major as far as mechanical issues. It's been a good truck and I still get lots of compliments on it when I got her all cleaned up with some armorall on the tires and plastics. I hope this helps someone that's leaning towards a canyon.

Great little truck,a little more labor intensive When front end work is needed because you have to take everything apart but besides that I love it would give it 4-5 stars all day

I decided to pick a black 06 gmc canyon as my first vehicle, and man it did not disappoint. Mine has absolutely no options on it and honestly it doesn't need them. I have put 80k miles on mine since I bought it used back in 2016. There is now 162k and counting. I have gone all over the US racing mountain bikes with this thing and I have to admit I really do love this truck. Decent gas mileage and super comfortable. This truck has treated me so good over the years. The only thing I have done besides normal maintenance was, I did change out the stereo for a more modern touch screen system which has just made the vehicle even more enjoyable for me. Cheap and easy upgrade and man is it a seriously good quality of life upgrade.

No problems whatsoever best truck I ever had very smooth ride and more room than expected. Work truck or life truck get this and your in luck.
