Bought10 yrs ago from son, who bought new. It is a great truck, 4.3 with manual 5 spd. Only major problems has been 3 clutches and 1 tranny. Orig. engine, does not smoke or leak oil. My wife wants me to get a new truck, but as long as this one gives me the great service, it's a keeper.

Everything , if you have the bench seat be prepared to become a father
Dash will most likely be non existent due to drying out an cracking speakers are kind of small
Love this truck bought it used 9 years ago an it's never left me stranded once. Original engine an transmission .only transmission had a rebuild it 2014 before I owned it.
Runs like a top. No leaks. No problems. Everyone should own an old truck that is fully analog - for if and when our frail electronic/internet driven connectivity suddenly does not work for some unknown and unexpected reason, Rusted a bit after 31 years on the farm.
I have owned it for 15 years, before that it was my father's work truck from new. 378,000 miles, ZERO BREAKDOWNS. Original motor and 5 spd transmission (repaired ONE TIME). This truck is a champion. I'll keep her forever.
Reliable, just keeps going
Difficult to get in driver side back seat.
The truck stayed in great working shape for years. Major A/C repair at 120,000 miles. It finally started showing its age at about 22 years old; the power windows and power seat started acting up. (replaced one window). At about 200,000 miles the dash is rattling.
