Positive Review
I bought this van used with 80k miles from a van pool company - configured as a 14 passenger van with huge high back reclining seats and individual air and lighting throughout. We had 7 children at home at the time so we took the back row of 3 seats out and one seat nearest the door to make getting in and out a lot easier for an eager group of kids. Gave us tremendous storage room for long trips, and fully loaded with kids and luggage (plus camping equipment or whatever) we still often got 17 mpg on the road, which was great considering the number of people and all the stuff. Really love the van for long trips, very comfortable, but after 14 years and 105,000 miles we put on it. it's time for us to downsize. All things considered it has done great - did have to replace brake lines that rusted and vacuum lines that lost some vacuum, but with those fixed and other normal wear and tear items maintained it is in great shape for another 100k at least.
Critical Review
15 Pass Van - B350 w/ 5.9L : When it works it does everything. Plenty of room. I've changed the water pump, transmission pan/filter, oil pan, front anti-sway linkage and other misc. My gripes are that rust is eating it alive and of course I had to rip out the headliner cloth because Dodge had not devised a way to keep that stuff from sagging. I can lift the carpet and see the ground in the cargo area. The lines rusted and broke that used to run heat and AC to the back passenger area. Had to cap them lines off in the engine bay. Went to test the Emergency Brake and the bracket holding it under the frame bent and snapped. The rust is the most terrible part of this vehicle. Many of the hinge pins are broke. Back button to open the door requires you to push the door in hard, then push the button, then yank it. Sometimes you can't get the pass side front door to open at all. The transmission whines in reverse and doesn't have a lot of go power until the tranny fluid is nice and warm. Right now it sits with a coolant leak, maybe the paper thermostat gasket. The craftsmanship and engineering of this vehicle has made me commit to never buying another Dodge product again.

First< I am a fleet mechanic. I see lots of Dodge vans and mostly are pretty well used up by people who "just drive 'em" till the wheels fall off. I got the opportunity to purchase a ightly used Dodge, miles on it. When I got it home, I did the basics. Replaced the disc brakes with ceramic pads, changed the oil to Mobil1, new belt, tune up. Took the van on several long trips, over 1000 miles each trip. Other than having to replace the catalitic converter, due to previous idle of the motor for "long periods", not a problem. Mileage is around 17-18 on the highway. Even my wife loves driving this. All of our family love the ride, and it pulls our 3000 pound boat very well. I would love a new one, and we will pamper this one for a few more years.
Comfortable, powerful, great for long trips

your will enjoy the room when traveling
When fully loaded the mileage goes down.
This van fit our family size. When we first got it it felt like a motor home, so nice to arrive feeling fresh. I used it once a month for moving a large group of kids and towing the stuff needed. Our family has grown smaller and so has the need for this large van.,
