Been an owner and operator of this vehicle since it was new. Used it for business hauling mostly light weight materials in a cargo van floor lining type of situation. At few rare situations I exceeded the weight limit this vehicle can carry of over 1500 pounds and had a towing trailer weight almost 2 tons and the vehicle performed nicely. I have modified the breaks and break pads from the factory original. Had to repair a few minor problems along the years of use such as fuel vapor pipe, computer went bad twice which is the bigger expense, and fuel pump. Under warranty I had to repair the passenger seat adjustment lever, side sliding door rubber gasket and other minor things. This is why I lowered my rating. Other then that the vehicle runs great. Good engine power for 5.2L. One annoying thing about this vehicle is the wide turns, can't make a full U-turn even in a 3 lane road. Love the freezing cold A/C even in hot desert environment works great.

I have purchased this Dodge van used with only 6 months after it was bought from the dealer and still had warranty on it. From the get go I had a few problems that needed attention such as the side sliding door gasket pop out and hinder the door from closing properly unless slammed. The lever for adjusting the seats is extended outward too much and that got broke twice, once under warranty. Year 3rd had to replace a gas pipe. And worst of all problems was the computer box. The computer went bad after about 5 years showing engine and gauges lights on at first and then after further deterioration the vehicle would cease running. Had to replace the computer with a reputable shop. After about 3 years the replacement computer box went bad again. Replaced it at the Dodge dealership. Now past 2 years March 2015 and another computer problems which last time cost me about $800 to replace. I complained to Dodge and they replied with "we will forward this to our development department" and from there on started fanning my email with their Dodge commercials and deals. This vehicle has a soft bed liner in the cargo area and the plastic threshold covers the floor bed where the back doors are is breaking down and not durable enough. This vehicle is used for business and I took excellent care of it. Overall I am not a happy customer. Body great ,new tires runs like new ,no rust,inside needs just a little work ,inside roof a little tucking don't burn no oil transmission works great never been wrecked
Low miles inside like new has DVD t.v also.new tires very spacious.be very happy with this sacrafice pioneer radio system.
Easy, fun, secure, comfortable to drive
No 4wd. In town parking requires a little care.
This is the most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven. Security, visibility, stability are great. It carries big heavy loads and pulls my small trailer, loaded, with ease. I've stored the seats in a building and many times carried 110 bales of hay, in the van and on my trailer, across the state, for my horses for winter. Easy trips at highway speeds. I've used it a few times for camping trips. I like not sleeping in a tin-can P-UP camper shell like we used to have. Plenty room to sleep 2 adults (one 6'6" and one 5') and more gear than normal. You have to plan your route carefully. No 4wd, so don't go into soft sand or mud. Parking in supermart lots needs your attention; it won't fit in "small car" spaces, inspite of easy steering and good vision. Manuf. coating over paint seems to peel off in spots.
Its got a new engine and new exhaust.
Its got a transmission seep.
The van was a pretty good vehicle too me runs and drives good, it has some minor seeps. The van has a new engine in it.
