Positive Review
I was in an accident where I was hit from the passengers side in an intersection. I had 3 children ages 5 and under in my backseat. My Durango was knocked on its side slid and finally came back up resting on its wheels. All of us exited the vehicles with minor bumps and bruises. May I say by the Grace Of God
Critical Review
There has been problem after problems with this car. We are in the mix of lemon laws to get this car to the junk yard and off the road. And reimbursed for all the headaches and grief!

Dont do it... This has been a complete nightmare and I never would have imagined to have a car I purchased brand new, now with 42599 miles has been sitting at a dealership for 4 months in service. No loaner no nothing. Worst car buying experience of my life. But if this is read like you have customer care employees claim they are gonna be on your side then I'm a 100% sure this will fall on deaf ears. 2023 dodge durango gt date of service intake 11-18-24 today's date 2-22-25 Star Dodge Abilene Texas. Never again.
this screw up of a car has the worst mpg because is a V8, but its comftrable, but its mostly junk so dont buy it
Good fuel economy, comfortable cabin, great styling
A little more road noise than I’d like
Owned new since 6/2017. Very reliable, with good fuel economy.
None
Engine constantly breaks down. Uses 1 quart of oil every 300 miles.
Guzzles gas. Guzzles oil. Spend thousands on repairs every year. The biggest piece of junk ever made. Will never ever own another dodge.
Comfort, great road trip vehicle
Not great on gas mileage but fair for the power/weight
I have owned this 2018 Durango for 2 years and it is a very good improvement from my 2011 model. You really need the HEMI in this heavy vehicle but it does ride very well and fair gas milage for the size and comfort of the vehicle.
I'm pretty satisfied with my '21 Durango. Nothing has gone wrong with it other than the UConnect box has had some difficulty, now being looked at. But the glaring problem I have is this. The exhaust tips are not located in the center of the exhaust cut-outs in the rear "bumper." They are almost touching the inside edge of the cut-out's in the bumper. It makes the vehicle, from the rear, appear cross-eyed. The dealers tell me this is normal, because other Durangos on the lot are the same way. I found other Durangos on the lot that have the exhaust tips centered in their respective bumper cut-outs, shown them to the dealer, and they say there isn't any way to fix mine. I'm sure some CAD designer in the factory did not intentionally design this mis-match. And the fact that the dealers don't want to fix this shows me that this will be the last vehicle I buy from Dodge. I'll take it to a muffler shop. I'll bet some kid working for his dad will be able to fix this problem.
Excellent car and great condition tires and rims 24 inches tall . Nothing wrong with vehicle. Had only one owner
style, power, size
some options are not available such as 360 camer
Have had a 2020 RT, now a 2023 GT Plus. Love both, will never drive anything else, the power, the space, the exterior and interior.
