Provenance by Rolls-Royce Certified Pre-Owned Program

Vehicles eligible for Provenance by Rolls-Royce — the formal name for its certified pre-owned vehicle program — must be from the model year 2004 and later, or as the company calls it, the start of the Goodwood Era.

Without offering specific details, the company says it only accepts vehicles of a certain age, mileage, and condition for the program. These vehicles endure a 360-degree inspection, suggesting they get a thorough examination from Rolls-Royce technicians. Buyers get a vehicle restored to as close to factory condition as possible. They can also work with Rolls-Royce to make personalized enhancements; it is a bespoke vehicle, after all.

After that, buyers receive a vehicle history report and, more importantly, a 1- or 2-year limited warranty. The length of the warranty is dependent upon several factors, including the type of vehicle, age, mileage, and more. Additionally, buyers get 24/7 roadside assistance for the length of their limited warranty, as well as two years of scheduled maintenance. If the vehicle requires repair, there is a $0 deductible. Owners also gain acceptance into Whispers, Rolls-Royce’s digital brand portal and private members’ club.
