Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Program

Vehicles qualifying for the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Program must have a clean title and have been serviced according to the automaker’s maintenance schedule. After that, they must pass a 165-point inspection by a dealer technician. Buyers will receive a vehicle history report.

Mercedes-Benz offers a 1-year/unlimited-mileage limited warranty that begins upon the expiration of the 4-year/50,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Owners can purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Extended Warranty for one or two years and unlimited miles. Buyers have seven days or 500 miles to change their minds about the CPO vehicle they’ve purchased and exchange it for another CPO model. They can trade up if they are willing to pay the price difference.

All Mercedes CPO vehicles come with 24/7 roadside assistance, a $0 deductible, and trip interruption benefits that reimburse travel expenses up to $300 a day for three days. Owners can use the Mercedes me connect app to schedule service appointments, browse manuals, watch how-to videos about the vehicle, and more.
