The XC40 is the smallest and most affordable Volvo SUV, offering two rows of seating for five occupants in a compact crossover footprint. The XC40 line is available in two variants — the T4 and the T5 — with each variant available in three trims: Momentum, R-Design, and Inscription.
Even base models are well equipped, with leather seating, a power tailgate, automatic climate control, a 12.3-inch digital dash display and 9-inch touchscreen, smartphone integration, and more. The XC40 R-Design adds a dose of sporty handling via an upgraded suspension and 19-inch wheels, as well as tech and comfort upgrades. The XC40 Inscription adds a panoramic moonroof, a crystal shift knob, and driftwood inlays among other premium aesthetics. All trims are eligible for the Premium Package, which adds Volvo’s Pilot Assist semi-autonomous driver assist system, wireless device charging, hands-free tailgate operation, and more.
Powertrains vary significantly between the XC40 T4 and T5, with the T4 getting front-wheel drive and a 187-horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine. The XC40 T5 is sportier and better equipped for inclement weather with standard all-wheel drive and a 248-horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. Both T4 and T5 variants use an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Fully redesigned for the 2018 model year, the 2019 XC60 also received a handful of updates. A more affordable front-drive version was new for the 2019 Volvo XC60 range. Volvo also added the ability to disable the vehicle’s engine start/stop system by default, and a new Harman Kardon audio system was offered.

Three primary trims were offered for the 2019 Volvo XC60: Momentum, R-Design, and Inscription. The base model, the XC60 Momentum, still feels upscale thanks to features like a turbocharged engine, panoramic moonroof, dual-zone climate control, 10-way power front seats, LED headlights, power tailgate, 18-inch alloy wheels, plus a 9-inch vertically oriented touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration.
Upgrading to the XC60 R-Design nets leather seating, blind-spot monitoring, a power-folding rear seat, perpendicular and parallel parking assist, navigation, and the new-for-2019 Harman Kardon audio system. The Inscription model is the top of the line, with quadruple-zone climate control and driftwood cabin inlays among its many niceties, as well as the option to add a Bowers & Wilkins premium audio system, heated rear seats and steering wheel, massaging front seats, and larger wheels.
A range of powertrains were offered in the 2019 XC60, including a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder (XC60 T5), a turbo- and supercharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder (XC60 T6), and a turbo- and supercharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder with plug-in hybrid (XC60 T8).

The Volvo XC90’s handsome design and advanced powertrains are still near the cutting edge, and for the 2019 model year, Volvo made the three-row/7-passenger seating layout standard across the XC90 range. 2019 S60 Lineup
Like other Volvos, the 2019 Volvo S60 was offered in three trim variants: Momentum, R-Design, and Inscription. All models share the Sensus Connect touchscreen interface, a panoramic sunroof, as well as City Safety with Steering Support, the latter helping to mitigate or prevent accidents with pedestrians, cyclists, and other road users and animals. The R-Design adds performance-oriented looks and a choice of all-wheel drive instead of the standard front-wheel drive; the AWD system brings the T8 hybrid powertrain with it.
