Positive Review

"Very nice van"

Very comfortable, great options. I have always felt that dollar for dollar Chrysler gives you the most stuff for your money. Passengers comment on the beauty and comfort. Nice van; poor gas mileage, but i knew that going in. A beautiful blend of the aesthetic and the pragmatic. I LOVE the Stow and Go! It's like an enclosed pick up truck.

Critical Review

"Many visits to dealership for repairs!"

This vehicle has been in the shop a lot (I think I am up to 12 times now). It took over a year and a half (and 3 dealerships) to get some big clunks taken care of. Since the day I bought it, the front end shudders when you begin driving. The 4th dealership put in a new valve body, which made it worse. Six months later they said they had gotten a bad batch of valve bodies and put another one in. It did not fix the shudder, but took it back to the original shudder. They will not even look at it under the power train warranty now that it is over 36,000 miles, even though that is supposed to go to 100,000 miles. Arbitration with Chrysler was a joke. Chrysler has stopped returning my calls to get this fixed. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Work van for sale

Heated seats, new tires, some rust, used as a work van. Stalls when slowing down. Must sell. Owner passed before able to fix the stall.

Overall good with a caveat

Original owner and overall ive been very pleased with this car. We've gotten all the recommended maintenance done but i did have one pretty expensive repair done at about 85k miles. Camshaft if i recall correctly. About 2k repair. Everything else has been routine oil changes etc. We still havent needed to have brakes done. Some minor rust in a spot or two but nothing awful.
