Positive Review

"One of a kind!"

I love the style and look of the Prowler. It rides like a sport car not a Buick. It was made in the U.S.A on a assembly line, with the Viper. You could not build a hotrod on your own for the price.I am happy with the horse power. Most of the high end cars today have 6 and 4 cylinder motors in them so whats the big deal. You can,t have every thing on any car! This Car will still look great 100 years from now.You will never see another car company build a hotrod. I would recommend a Prowler to anyone,I have had 2 corvettes and this car handles better, looks better, and holds its value better. Semper-Fi.

Critical Review

"it;s a mopar"

This thing is bumpy, no storage, not worth 30k. A Mercedes or BMW is where you should put your money. You pay 30k, trade in value 22 ? You do the math. But if you hold on to it for maybe 20 years, when it become "HISTORIC", it may be worth something (I hope !!)

A Modern 1932 Roadster
Pros

An absolute blast to drive

Cons

Harsh shifts (which I happen to like : )…

Bring a ‘32 Ford Roadster into 2002 and this is it! Don’t let the V6 fool you, the car only weighs 2800 lbs (power-to-weight is almost same as my Challenger SRT8). Turns heads everywhere and attracts serious attention at car shows…

Head turning car.
Pros

Just beautiful car

This car is like new. It has only 13000 miles. It's in excellent shape, regularly serviced, never in an accident. It's convertible, so it's fun to drive, especially in the spring and fall. It has air conditioning. You can use automatic or stick shift. We bought it when we were young, but securing our retirement, we were too busy working and had little time for lesure, and now we rarely use it. People are always noticing the car everywhere we go.

Best vehicle ever owned for the money.
Pros

Fun to drive. Attraction from onlookers.

Cons

None.

I owned this car brand new from 2004 up to 2013 when the vehicle was totaled in a crash from a careless driver that crossed my lane of traffic. The vehicle was a 2002 Inca Gold. This is the best money for the value, most fun driving experience with drooling onlookers. I took the vehicle out every chance I can get, especially for weekend runs. I put in over 50,000 pure fun miles. It is the best money that I ever put into a vehicle. After the crash, the settlement from my insurance was more than 1/2 of what I had originally paid for. I have owned BMW and Mercedes during my ownership of the Prowlers, those vehicles maintenance were so expensive in comparison for routine repairs. The maintenance on the Prowlers were so reasonable. I don't recall there were that many issues other than regular oil changes, tune-up and new tires. I have to say it was such a low maintenance vehicle that I never had to worries about the unexpected. I am hoping to get back into owning this vehicle again when the timing is right. Best vehicle for the money and I had over 50,000 miles to prove for it. You will not regret Prowlin-on.

Fell in love with it the first time I saw it
Pros

An emotional experience, car guy talk

Cons

dont take long trips in it

I bought this new off a showroom floor. Most satisfying 44k I ever spent. I love this car. I primarily take it to car shows. It Gets a lot of attention but no trophies. More people will want to have their picture taken next to this car than any other car in the show. this car is not the most comfortable ride in town, but it is the best eye candy.

Most fun car I have ever owned
Pros

Very good suspension and handling.

Cons

Not a family grocery getter.

This car is like a one man car show. The Prowler is hardly ever seen on the road these days. People always want to ask questions about the car every time you stop to fill up with gas. Miles and Miles of smiles.

Great fun car to drive an own
Pros

Appeals to everyone great looker

Cons

rough ride not a lot of room for luggage or storage

I have had many sports cars and beauty for automobiles that this car demanded more looks than any I have ever had gives all the fun of having a motorcycle but not the worry of people not seeing you. Cannot imagine ever selling this car though someday my grandchildren will be very happy and probably make a nice profit. The car should have a great collectibility
