Positive Review
Problem I Have: the windshield has a stylish slant to it that comes too far back it allows the sun to burn your legs , it has so much glass it heats up the cabin causing you to keep the AC on max, making the sound system hard to hear so you blast it ,a windshield tint strip at top would help but they dont make one for the Pacifica yet and the rearview mirror has this wide base thats in the way of plain strip that you can cut to size cutting into two halves looks tacky.
Critical Review
The Pacifica hybrid seems like a good car at first. 30 miles on electric and enough room for the family take long trips. 50000 dollars for a Van with alot of problems. The car won't start sometimes and it will leave you stranded. Then after you mess with it. The bugs don't stop there. The radio that controls everything doesn't work right. The dealership said there is no way to fix without a update from chysler and guess what no update. It has stuff going wrong all the time with no fix in sight. If you are buying a van look else where. It's unsafe to not start with kids and chylser should recall the 2021 chysler pacifica hybrid. Check the forums on these issues and you will see how true it is.

I can't believe this car is only 3 years old. This thing is already falling apart. The head unit doesn't function when it's cold and it also disconnects when I get a text. The windshield broke within the first year (I had a 2017 Acura MDX that took rock chips like a champ with no issues after 5 years). Then the auto start stop feature is a garbage gimmick that should on hybrids only. About 2 weeks into having it the vehicle shut off and said error with this feature and it left me at a light. I had to shut it off and turn it back on for the vehicle to move again. Overall I would not recommend. I will say the engine is powerful (unfortunately spins it's tires on accident all the time) and the suspension is very good as well.

Everything about this van is a con compared to other vans in the same class.
I'm driving this car as my 2024 Sienna is currently being repaired. For some context, the fact that I am writing this review while out Christmas shopping after a ln embarrassing experience where the parking break didn't disengage while I was trying to reverse into a stall while others were waiting for me should tell you just how much I absolutely loathe this car. For starters, I do NOT feel safe in this car due to the gear shifting system. It is jerky and sometimes scary to drive. And the poorly placed KNOBS for the gear shift and the lights?! This car isn't intuitive at all. And the backup cam turning on while in Drive?! COME ON. It's 2024. This car feels like a prototype from 2008. And the driver's seat. Did they purposely try to make the most uncomfortable sear imagineable with these abhorrent head rests that jut into your head?! What an absolute joke this van is. I am beyond upset and can't wait for my beautiful Sienna to be fixed.
seat comfort, heated steering and seats, stow-n-go seats, capacity, safety features, bird's eye camera, range
quarter-panel windows do not open, second-row windows do not lower completely, FWD vs AWD
I am a long-time fan of minivans, but this is my first Chrysler. I am amazed at the myriad features that come standard in the Touring L model - heated leather seats in the first and second rows, heated leather steering wheel, every possible safety feature, bird's-eye parking camera, etc. Stow-n-go seating is exceptionally versatile, and was why I did not opt for the hybrid version. I could have done without the multiscreen DVD system but expect to use the built-in vacuum daily. Seating was much more comfortable in the Touring L than the Limited or Pinnacle trim levels as those have stiff piping on all of the seat edges. Pretty pearlescent paint job, light alloy-colored interior, and black seating are all easy on the eyes. Some extra chrome exterior accents would have been even more fetching, but it was not worth giving up the comfortable seats from the Touring L for the spiffier looks of the higher trim lines. Excellent range due to the large fuel tank. The only things I would have added would have been AWD and quarter-panel windows that open. The first was hard to find in my price range, and the second is hard to find in any make/model of minivan.
Very useful vehicles, lots of features
Engine died at 80,000 miles, piece of junk
Junk. Warranty expires at 60,000 miles, engine starts messing up at 70,000 miles. Tell me a Toyota will do that, they will not. Pacifica is junk!
S package is great
Paint chipping on hood
I bought this van used at 126,000 miles. It had a new motor in it from the dealership. It came with a year warranty which is no expired. I’ve put a lot of miles on the van it’s at 160000 but it runs great. I change the oil frequently but it’s running great at 160000. The transmission is moving a little slow though and jerking. I’m sure that will go out first on me
This 2022 Pacifica Limited AWD is the best mini that we have ever owned and we've had 5 of them including Odyssey, VW, Dodge and Chrysler. It is well appointed, has AWD and the Limited Package which has all the safety features that are available today. I am especially fond of the Stow n Go package, when employed gives the owner a tremendous amount of storage and seating flexibility, far superior to anything else on the market. This feature is especially nice since all the seating and storage options are automatic at the touch of a finger. On top of this, the cockpit is well laid out and designed and soft on the eyes, the ride is supreme for a minivan and the gas milage is outstanding such as our recent trip to the South Carolina coast; approximately 800 miles of highway and 400 miles of city with a combined milage of 27.1.
Beautiful car
Engine is bad design known to fail at 5 years
41k miles, head gasket bad or possibly engine …. Dealer was not sure. Google it common problem. It’s only a 2500-10k fix . We own several Chrysler product vans loved this one. But this is not acceptable. We took a 16k loss trading it on, won’t happen again Toyota from now on sorry American workers, we tried you tried the big shots screwed us both
Owned for years best van ever . Stylish and very smooth ride love it . Good on gas and a lot of space
