Positive Review
OK, After reading several reviews, I decided to add my 2 cents. I own a 2006 300c with 30,000 miles and I have put every mile on this car. Yes, it's true the Hemi motor is capable of 26 Hwy and yes it drops considerably in town and 14 is a good avg especially if you are in fun mode with the traction control off. The downers of the car is it tends to eat front rotors and Chrysler refuses to think there is something wrong, it is a big car but it isnt a solid car. You owners know what I mean everytime you close a door or shut the trunk. The metal is light and thin and I don't want to think what the car might look like in a hard impact. The upsides that out weigh the downs is the power train is truly a engineering marvel. It makes me feel like a kid in high school again knowing I have big H.P. under my foot. The auto wipers (A Daimler design) are the best I have ever seen, as a former Audi A8 owner I know german gadgets and they either work or fail miserably and I can honestly say they all work to their full potential in this car. I live in WI and winters are snow covered, I put 2 blizzaks on the rear and this thing gets around as good as my SUV! When I originally bought the car, I went into the dealer and drove a touring model then hopped in the Hemi. I drove it 1 mile and turned around and bought it with no regrets. If you have a chance to own one, do so, they truly are the best bang for the buck in this size of a car and the fun factor puts this car on my favs list.
Critical Review
I purchased a 2008 Chrysler 300 in 2009 and really liked the body style and comfort of the car. I didn't realize it at the time but the 2.7L engine was one of the smallest V6 engines made and I came to find out the the engine was too small for the weight of the car. My mechanic said that after approximately 80,000 miles on the 2.7L, they are known to go bad. Well this is what happened to me. I was on my way to a function and started losing power. I pulled over and towed it to my mechanic and found that the oil had been dispensing into the motor with no visible signs of leakage. My motor had blown. Buyers please do your research before buying the 2.7L Chrysler 300. They sell pretty cheap but it may cost you in the long run.

I had a 2008 300C AWD that I thought of as one of the Best cars that I have ever owned until I had a catastrophic engine failure in 2021. That's when I found this 2005 RWD with 78,000 miles on it. What a carit was a great driving car. The Hemi ran better than my 2008. The acceleration was very smooth. The RWD was alot better handled also. The gas mileage was somewhat better than what was listed. All in all I think the 2005 300C is worth my 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ that I rated it at.
300C(Hemi) with less than 36000 actual miles. Full records available. Pictures on request. Wife’s car. Mostly driven a little on a regular basis to keep battery charged and seals sound. Husband’s car was the “get and go” car and the 300 used for rare road trips.
Sleek design, spacious, speed
Fuel mileage, cd changer
Good car for the right price. I've had it for 3 years now, and I absolutely love it!! I did my research and got the 5.7 V8 with AWD. Fantastic handling in the snow. My only qualms with this beast are the stock cd changer gets jammed. I can't get my CDs to play or eject from the changer. The bad MPG (that was expected, of course.), and even with all of that power, it's hard to get out of wet-packed snow. But, other than that, it's been good to me so far.
Excellent highway car. Sound system is Boston.
It's a V8 so go easy on the pedal. 17-25 MPG
All recalls taken care of. Low miles (55K) garaged and maintained. New battery and windshield. And, power when you need with it's 5.7 Hemi. Beautiful interior and exterior and cool wheels.
Bought my 300 Touring New in July 2004. Still runs great and has that impressive 300 look. Can't go wrong with this vehicle.
All the above-mentioned
Really no complaints.
My 300 has 100,160 miles on it. No major issues with this car. Bought it used with 50,000 miles on it . Plenty of leg room , nice ride , low cost of maintenance. Have not had to change the brake pads since I bought it. I'll keep this car as long as Biden lets me. Have not had to do a tuneup . Runs great.
It has a hemi I engine, and is runs real good. Net rims leather seats a big trunk one owner I am getting old and don’t need a car
haven’t gave as much love as she deserves or when she deserves it but she still gets me where I gotta go (:
