Purchased in March 2006 after production had ceased. Low production numbers mean higher value for '06 models. Used as a daily driver initially. First new vehicle(200 mi.), First convertible & First pick-up truck all in one. Plenty of HorsePower plus eye appeal. Many people never heard of them. I told wife it's a sports car with a really big trunk. Had Nissan 'Z'cars but could never take on vacations due to no room for luggage. Not this! Has everything I wanted in the way of convenience. CD changer, Heated seats, comfortable interior, good Power, low maintenance, good handling. I call it a 'Corvette Pick-up truck'.

repaires 1 both door handles replaced 2 two fan motors replaced 3 dash replaced gages quit working 4 roof would hang up worker on at least 4 times 5 replaced rear window panel {it pealed}

Repairs all done. New tires new gas tank Beautiful clean silver color love to buy the top down,drives like a new car.

It’s an eye catcher in bright red with chrome wheels! Has eight cylinders and zips down the road! Extras include a tow package, fully carpeted box with wood accent and a wind screen to cut down on noise!
It's got a powered convertible top. So much fun.
Heat from the engine bay radiates into the cabin.
I bought my '05 Aqua Blur Super Sport Roadster in 2014. I specifically bought an SSR to convert it to electric drive. But here it is 2022 and that supercharged LS2 Corvette engine is still breaking it loose all the way down the road. It's just so much fun to drive. It's too bad the Fontana Auto Club Dragway shut down due to COVID AND then closed permanently. Bad decision. Boys (

I dreamed of having an SSR the first time I saw one. As I near retirement my dream has come true. I could not be happier with my Smokin'Asphalt which is absolutely perfect. Truly blessed...
This vehicle gets great looks with top up or down. People get surprised when I drop the top. Has power with that Chev LS2 Corvette engine. Down side is it has to have (2) different size tires as fronts are different than back. I also have the attachment of a tow bar that can tow est. 2500 lbs. Must use Hi Test Gas. However it will fly down the road. Purchased Used and have driven it for (3) years with no problems. No USB ports, however it plays CD's, Good sound system. Great truck in my point of view, (79 & counting).
