Positive Review
I love the way this truck has been good to me, it has had only minor service repairs except for the faulty injectors and GM even made good on them. I may keep it for a very long time and put an engine in it if it ever needs one. at present mileage it still runs strong and clean with no mechanical wear noise.

I just completely restored this truck and spent more than they say it is worth. Was told 4 months ago I could get $50K for it. This price is a joke.

i wanna tow
towing power with the Duramax, reliability
very large dimensions make everyday driving hard
I bought my 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 crew cab Duramax diesel 4x4 used in 2006 with 30,000 miles. My truck is the LT trim so it has some goodies(leather seats,Bose premium sound system, power front seats) although its not as loaded as my 2014 Silverado 1500 LTZ(I also wrote a review on KBB on my 2014). I used this truck as my daily driver for the first 5 years I owned it which put lots of miles on it as I have a long commute. The 6.6 Duramax diesel engine has been very reliable and is terrific for towing heavy trailers and the Alison transmission is refined. On the downside, the truck is quite large for everyday driving around town. I wish Chevy would have offered a 6 1/2 bed on the HD Silverados in 2003 like they do now. Since I only drive this truck a few thousand miles a year it should last a really long time which is awesome because new ones are so expensive. I would recommend this truck if you need a workhorse truck to haul heavy loads that is also reliable.
