I pull a toyhualer at 17,000 lb. up some 13% grade with easy! I,ve not had one issue in the 9 months of ownership.

This truck has been a total lemon, but what is more sour is Chevrolets customer service. What a total joke!!! This is our 4th Chevy, but thinking this will be our LAST. Its understandable that every auto maker will have a lemon once in a while, nothing is perfect. But, the customer service we received from Chevy is a total deal breaker for me.

Dependable, no problems , fuel efficient for a hd truck.i would definitely recommend and buy again. Stylish and someone’s always complimenting it. Also has plenty of power when towing.
I have owned this truck since it had less than 100 miles. It has been a great truck throughout the years and have had few problems with breakdowns or lack of performance. The availability of aftermarket parts make it easy to customize the truck to your liking. The truck appearance is still great , with the paint job and exterior features looking striking. I have been pleased with the performance and value of the truck throughout the years. I am careful with maintenance needs and the truck has remained high reliability. I plan on keeping and enjoying this for the next few years.
I use this to toe a 20 ‘ gooseneck ..only thing I’ve replace are brake pads and all the rest is normal maintenance. Spent 2000.00 in repair. Since I bought it! Best truck I’ve ever owned . Will never Own another diesel !!

By far hands down the best truck ive ever owned. far exceeded my expectations. would reccomend to anyone looking for a truck that is reliable, looks great, will tow almost anything you put behind it, and a very powerful and fun truck.
Disappointed pretty much from the beginning. Pros: seating, durability, wifi Cons: Poor headlights. At night it was impossible to see much of the road on dim. I Interior lighting was poor as well. I kept a flashlight handy. CP4 injection pump was a $10,000 repair bill just waiting to happen. (the reason I sold) Steering was never good and tight. With a bit of crosswind, it was hard to keep it straight. Buy the 2017, skip the 2016.
The 6.0 gasser is plenty powerful enough. I don’t even feel my 6500 lb boat on the back when cruising down the highway or maneuvering around town. Very comfortable. It is set up with a B&W gooseneck too which is handy. I was worried that I would not like the less torque gas engine but was pleased by the power it delivers. Well worth the savings over the Diesel engine.
I’ve had it for 3 1/2 years and wouldn’t trade it for new one. Great quality and reliability are just a few of the great features.
