Positive Review
I had a 2008 leased Malibu for three years and replaced it with a 2012 a few months ago. I loved both of these cars. Comfort, ride, dependability, and mpg. But what I really want people to know is that my husband was driving this car this past weekend and was hit by another car that was going very fast and he was barely moving. I was in the car right behind him and watched it happen. I can't tell you how amazed we are that my Malibu was completely totaled and my husband and brother in law both walked away. (I want to add here, that I work for a tier one supplier for automotive and I hear about all kinds of cars) The crash safety of this car is simply amazing. If you could see how it absorbed the energy and impact of the crash and kept the passengers from harm, with only a few bumps and a jammed thumb, it's astounding! There was a time you would have looked at a car with that much damage and never dreamed anyone could come out alive, much less walk away. My new 2012 Malibu is being ready for delivery to me as I write this. I am so thankful that the safety of this car saved my husband's life.

Very clean 2010 Chevrolet Malibu 2LT. White in color. Velvet seating. Sunroof. Bose sound system. Cruise control. Bluetooth. AM/FM radio with CD player. Heated seats and much more.
Very comfortable, good in the snow, decent gas mileage, stylish
It's a big car. Harder to park.
I love this car. It's very comfortable and roomy. It's got a luxurious feel to it. And it looks classy almost like a Bentley. Classic looks like that. The ride is smooth and quiet the only bad thing about it was I've had to replace the power steering electronic steering system 2 times. It was about $300 bucks both times. Other than that mines still running and it has 298,000 miles on it. It doesn't have as much power as I thought a car of it's size would have. But it does very well I'm the snow. Mostly because it's so heavy. It gets decent gas mileage 22 city and about 31 highway. If you keep up on the maintenance and oil changes the car will last forever.
I had this car for23 years. never had an problems with it .in good shape in side and out.. it is very clean color brown with brown inter . will need tags in2024 .. oil has been change reg. manitnes.
Good gas mileage, reliable, smooth ride
Oil leak, coolant leak at times
Good car. Lasted from 112k to 300k, just needed proper maintenance , watching fluids. Normal part replacement. Yes the locks went possessive but went away. This is a good car and doesn't deserve to be bashed. Some cars are good some aren't
Of all the cars I have owned over the years, the 2012 Chevy Malibu has been the most reliable and dependable car. Essentially all I have paid for is oil changes, brakes and tires.
This car runs but needs engine work, maybe transmission work it misses occasionally or stutters while you’re driving
Overall a great dependable car has a few issues with sensors in the overhead cam but it’s an easy $45 fix at 100,000 miles not bad at all
So many electrical problems , not sure if i should sell and buy a new car or wait and see how much more problems i can run into
