Positive Review
It is actually a 1990 Chevy Lumina APV. Kellys Blue book only goes back to 1992. The back hatch does not open due to it's needing a new lock mechanism - not found one yet. the ceiling inside needs to be replace due to sagging. Power steering leaks needs repair. Just had brakes done in August of this year. Right Front light fixture needs to be replace due to being broken by sales rep trying to install new light bulb. All brake lines are new. will need to have either the filler tube replace or a new gas tank installed. A/C and Heat works great. Had new wiper motor installed 3 years. New A/C compressor installed 3 years ago. Engine runs smoothly. Nice easy ride.
Critical Review
I bought this van in February with 125000 miles on it for $1500. Now in October with 128000 miles on it and OVER $6000 into it Its time to cut my losses and tow it off to the crusher. I would not wish the vehicle on my worst enemy.

reliable, comfortable, fun to drive, good price
mechanical problems if you're unlucky like me!
My dad bought this van for me as a gift for graduating & getting my lisence, Thanksgiving of 2011. I absolutely LOVE this van! It's almost 20 years old now though, and is having some issues. Still driveable, but I prefer not to, since my parents are letting me drive their reliable vehicles. Only problem I had with this van is dying at idle, we kind of figured out the problem though and got it to stop for the time being, until a month later, it started acting weird! I can't get it over 40mph without it acting up. It gets shaky so I pull over and slow down to a stop and before it stops it has this jerky movement, I can feel it in my break pedal, and once it comes to a stop, it dies. I decided to stop driving it and it's been sitting in the garage ever since June, 2013. My dad took it out January, 2014, and got it to 60mph without any problem. I know others with this van and they do not have any issues whatsoever! I just so happen to be unlucky with mine. STILL LOVE IT THOUGH! So comfy, a lot of room, and reliable, unless you have mechanical issues like mine! If I can get it fixed for good, I swear, I'll be driving this van til I'm 25, or til it dies for good and I can afford something new! That's how much I LOVE this vehicle! Grandpa and Grandma have one that I believe is a year or two older than mine and they are still driving it to this day! Amazing! Honestly, I'd buy another one if I had the chance, but for now, I'll settle for a car, time to change it up. :)
very fun 2 have and drive
nothing
i bought mine in 1993 brand new always loved it never had an problems only 1 time the battery went dead 1 time! thats 1 time in twenty years!!!!!!
fun to drive great for trips removable seats
they stopped making them
although this van is actually a 1992 not 93 bb won't let me enter anything older than 1993. I bought this van new and still own and drive it. I still love this car and I am so glad to have it.
good car, great motor very strong, reliable mostly
tight for mechanics to work
Very good vehicle its old and has some issues but it keeps on ticking perhaps the best car they made. too bad no one reliable fixes it they just keep adding to the issues. otherwise I would keep the car for yrs to come
I have found it to be very reliable, comfortable and a great running car (Olds engine), great for use as a passenger unit or remove the back two rows of seats and you have spacious cargo space. Economical, does 18-20 mpg around town and 20-25 mpg on highway. HVAC works well, slider door is not air tight, some rust on undercarriage; exterior still looks great. Must give it up because I can no longer drive.
very comfortable and clean
window motor is bad only works when it wants
I really like this van it has all ways been good to me and has never left me stranded. It is in very good condition and runs perfect the only reason I don't want it any more is I live far and I need a gas saver.
Not bad for the money. It runs well but is underpowered. The 3.1L engine has 120hp and is a waste of space in this heavy van. It is comfy and runs well. Good for errands and running the family around in on the cheap. Gets good mileage. I would consider another one but with the 3.8L V6. Stay away from the 3.1L if you can.
