Subaru loyalists know what to expect from a vehicle with the signature cluster of stars on the front. It’ll be comfortable. It’ll handle itself with aplomb off paved surfaces. And it will be easy to live with from day to day.
Can Subaru give us all that on battery power alone?
The brand’s first all-electric vehicle, the 2023 Subaru Solterra, shares most of its bones with the 2023 Toyota bZ4X since Subaru and Toyota developed the two cars together. But it sets itself apart with a little added ground clearance, added grip control, and standard all-wheel-drive.
