Recall Alert: Jeep Wrangler, Gladiator

Jeep has issued a recall for 32,863 Wrangler SUVs from model years 2018 through 2024 and Gladiator pickups from model years 2020 through 2024 because their instrument panels can go dark while driving.

With the instrument panel blank, drivers won’t be able to see their speed or critical safety warnings. “Once a failure occurs, the entire IPC will be inoperable and will not recover,” the company says.

Dealers will replace the instrument panel to fix the problem.

Recall repairs are always free.

Many vehicles are recalled, sometimes more than once. Manufacturers try to reach every owner to warn them. However, some may fall through the system’s cracks and are left unknowingly driving recalled cars. Check our easy recall tool to determine if your car has any outstanding recalls.
