Ford has issued a recall order for about 16,000 F-150 Lightning electric trucks from model years 2022 and 2023 because their rear light bars can stop working.
Ford tells the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that “the rear lightbar may have microcracks in the outer lens that allows moisture to accumulate, which can result in inoperative or flickering reverse lights.”
Dealers will fix the problem by replacing the rear light bar.
