Chrysler has recalled just 223 copies of its Pacifica and Voyager minivans from model year 2024 because their windshields can detach and become projectiles in a crash.
The company tells federal safety officials that factory machines may have attached the windshields with inadequate adhesive.
Dealers will correct the problem by reattaching the windshields using the proper procedure.
