Recall Alert: 2024 GMC Canyon

General Motors has recalled 13,241 2024 GMC Canyon pickup trucks due to a defect in the headlamps. The issue that may cause the lights to flicker while driving or parked.

According to GM, “A defect in the headlamp’s internal software may cause the headlamp to flicker.”

GM says it is not aware of any accidents or injuries related to the headlamp issue, but it is aware of 272 potentially related field complaints.

Owners will be notified of the recall starting Oct. 28. Repairs will be conducted under warranty, so there will be no cost to the owners.
