Offering a glimpse at a vehicle that represents “an exploration of the brand’s vision for a next-generation, midsize premium SUV,” Infiniti has released this teaser image of the QX Sport Inspiration Concept. Set to be revealed later this month at the 2016 Beijing Auto Show, the vehicle takes its visual inspiration from the automaker’s “Powerful Elegance” design philosophy seen earlier in the Q60 Concept, highlighted by boldly muscular forms, floating A-pillars and prominent wheel arches.

“The QX Sport Inspiration expresses a power and purpose that is uniquely Infiniti,” noted Alfonso Albaisa, Infiniti Executive Design Director. “With a flowing, natural aesthetic, this concept demonstrates how Infiniti can offer something new and exciting with future QX SUV models.”
